I am not one to write reviews, this is my first one ever but I felt very compelled to do so. I have always dreaded the purchase of a new vehicle and found it to be a very frustrating and stressful experience. A good friend told us about Lou's Car Care and I just drove home with my new car. I could not be more impressed and satisfied with the entire experience from beginning to end . It feels so good to deal with honest, good people who go above and beyond meeting your needs. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I will be happy to tell all my friends to call Lou Jr when in need of a car.
I was searching for a used truck and I didn't have much credit history. Not only did they get me a loan without a co-signer, they also bent over backward to make sure that my first financed vehicle experience went smoothly. Everyone there is super nice as well as being helpful. I've worked at dealerships and spent time at others and no one comes close to the professionalism and hospitality of Rome pre owned. They are four hours away from me but I won't hesitate to buy my next vehicle there! Well worth the trip! Thanks again Matt!!!!
I use to hate car shopping. Till I experienced the Maguire No Haggle system. They made my wife and I very comfortable from the minute we arrived there. They didn't show any pressure toward us and explained the advantages of buying a vehicle through them. The extra incentives were great. We will tell everyone we know to stop there first if ever looking to buy.
I was looking at a different vehicle to feel safe and comfortable on the days when I have a long commute. I have chatted with Mickey about all the things my perfect someday vehicle would have. After I had tested a different car Mickey called to say she had the car I really wanted. So I went to drive that car instead. Mickey had found the car I always wanted but thought would be be the next one. This is a car I will drive for many years. Mickey puts in all her effort for every customer to be sure they love the car and get a great deal. I simply can not say enough positive things about not only my experience but also the experiences that I witnessed my family receive. All top of the line.
Although I did not visit the showroom or the dealership at all I did communicate with both sales staff and management through e-mail. They were responsive, provided me the information for which I asked, and gave me their bottom-line, out-the-door price. They followed up to ensure I got the best possible attention. I am impressed and would definitely consider buying a truck from them. The reason I didn't give them a perfect score is that I only have limited interaction with them.
Never having been there before....I found this place on cars.com and found just the Pontiac G6 convertible I was looking for! Dave was able to finance the car through my local bank (great rate I may add), gave me what I wanted for my trade and have it all ready to go in one day and it literally took about a 1/2 hour until I was driving it home. I did pick the N/A in the repair work as I am having some small warrantee repair work done on it next week and I am told there will be no problem with the warrantee work. They found a customer in me as I normally trade every couple of years or so and I would highly recommend this place!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I had been looking for a truck to leave at my camp and just could not find anything in my price range that I liked. Overall I would highly recommend doing business with them it was a very pleasant experience. If in the market for a new vehicle I highly suggest contacting morgan in there sales department
I had my car in for repair on Tues. Nov. 13 and needed it back by the next week for holiday travel. Jim Lacey, Collision Center Manager did a thorough job of ordering parts and completing this repair a day early. He explained everything that needed to be done and went through the itemized bill with me. My husband and I were very impressed with the repair job that was done and the friendly customer service that was given to us, during a holiday week. Well Done Jack McNerney Chevrolet Collision Center!
The people in finance first were phenomenal! Walked in hoping to get a decent used car. I left with a brand new one. Michelle busted her hump to help me.
