Robert & Drew in the Service Department went above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule to have my mother's 2008 Impala serviced. This is the best service department I have ever experienced so far. I hope that Wollam Chevrolet will continue their exceptional service as I will continue to have only Wollam Chevrolet service my mother's 2008 Impala since we purchased it new at Wollam Chevrolet in August 2008. The service department mechanics have always done an exceptional job of fixing my mother's 2008 Impala without having to worry if they corrected the problem the first time without having to bring it back. Plus as a bonus, my mother was offered a senior discount to help her with the repair bill. We also like that Wollam Chevrolet has a free oil change with every 5 oil changes and discount coupons sent to help with maintenance and repairs. Awesome dealership, I was interested In a vehicle that was already pending a sale, the other person bought the vehicle so I wasn't able to purchase here but very helpful they wasn't to pushy but was willing to help me get the vehicle I wanted no matter where it come from, can't say enough.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Spritzer Lordstown. Spritzer drove the car 60 miles to my house for a second test drive. Then two days later drove to my house so I could sign the paperwork in my driveway and deliver the car straight to my door! This was the best car buying experience I have ever received!
The staff was friendly and helpful and solved my problem with my keys needing preprogrammed without killing the battery in the process. It was busy today so I waited in the lounge area, but it was clean and comfortable and I had hot chocolate while waiting. I was impressed with the neat and clean restrooms as well.
My mother, who is 91, decided she wants one last car in her life and chose a Kia Soul. The sales agent - Brian Boswell - was a perfect fit for my mother, answered all of her questions, and alleviated all of her anxieties. She even leased the car which I never imagined she would want to do. Thanks Brian.
We had an appointment to finish paperwork and pick up our new car at 9:30am. The finance guy was not there to complete the sale when we arrived. Our salesman kept saying he should be here anytime or he's 10 minutes away. Needless to say we did not complete everything until 12:30. Also, during the 3 hours that we were sitting there waiting they never asked for 3 references. Then called us the next week and said they forgot to get them. Needless to say, they held my trade pay off hostage until they got the references. They did not pay off my trade for over a month after I bought my brand new car. Our salesman was nice, but the dealer had bad customer service and did not treat us well.

Everyone at the dealership is friendly and takes the time to explain things. Brenda Milliner was wonderful to work with. She spent several hours with me and explained everything to me each step of the way. She also took the time to answer all of the questions I had. I was at the dealership getting an oil change and left with a new vehilce.
