We purchased a 2026 Silverado pickup and we had a fantastic experience!!! We were met by the dealer and he inquired about our needs and wants! Then he introduced us to a terrific salesman, Terrance! Terrance showed us the vehicle and we tested it. It was a great pickup and we love it!!! Throughout the whole process the dealer checked in to make sure we were getting what we wanted! My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer `we will make it happen?. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. He answered all my questions and always with a smile even if I had ask it 3x before. With our other vehicles, I have always used Roberts at Platte ity and will continue. My service advisor was excellent as was the quality of the work. GM's $200 charge for labor to replace a part I can buy for $20 is ridiculous. I would have been ok paying $200 to replace all four tire pressure sensors but not $200 EACH plus the super inflated part cost. I wish I could score the service separate from the pricing. Pricing would get one star.
