I saw a vehicle that appeared to be one of those "too good to be true" scenarios. Sent email to dealer via Cars.com a few days later, I received a reply back that the vehicle had been sold and that "all mileage" was accurate. Nothing else to do after that.
Purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. Best price on the Internet, great customer service. Sales department bent over backwards to meet all my needs. Super nice and genuine people. Not out for my money, no high pressure, just quality service. I will buy the rest of my vehicles from their lot. Excellent purchase.
Customer service rep was great. Service tried just to do the minimum and send me back out the door by just balancing my wheels and only when I insisted did they check the alignment which had been supposedly checked just the previous visit, and it was out of alignment this time as well. Not a very thorough job.
