I found the car on "Cargurus" called the Dealerand made an appointment. Got to the Dealership and worked with Eylish. She was able to answer all my questions. Was very honest. She worked very hard to earn my business. I appreciate the way she explained what was going on during the Sales process. It was a pleasure buying a Car from her. I also appreciate the Manager introducing himself and then Thanking me for my business.
Called them about a car and completed the entire action on the phone. Car was purchases and delivered without is seeing it. We were not disappointed. The car is great! Dave was our salesman and he did an awesome job keeping in touch through the process.

I found car online and called Eddie Ackerman and he had car and paperwork ready when I arrived. Drove car and loved it. He then brought paperwork for husband to sign and made it very easy. Go see Eddie Ackerman for a great experience.
Service Department is always friendly and aware of your cars needs. Waiting room is stocked with snacks, drinks, WiFi, TV, magazines, ect. Time frame quoted is typically accurate and if longer is needed they communicate before the initial time frame has expired.
It???s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here!

I didn???t expect to get to trade in a car I just bought a year ago but it happened at Toyota of Cleveland. My sales rep, Matt, went above and beyond to make this happen for me. This was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had. Our salesperson, Taylor Alton was amazing, he was so knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He made sure we had ALL our questions answered for our decision making. We decided within the hour and had it written all up shortly after that. Everyone, we came in contact with was awesome. As corny as this may sound, though it's the absolute truth, it felt like we had new friends when we left there. It will be a pleasure to go back and get our servicing done!! What a Pleasure!
Great dealership all around. No waiting throughout the process of the purchase. Met immediately as we stepped out of the car by Taylor Alton. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend him. Alfred Polk in Finance was great as well. Extremely knowledgeable - knows the stuff like the back of his hand. You cant go wrong getting either of these two.
My husband and I have been shopping around for a Highlander. One dealership told us we didn???t need a Highlander (Capital Toyota)because we didn???t drive much and he would not even offer to show us a Highlander and was very rude. We went to Cleveland Toyota and were immediately met with a smile. His name was Zane. He was extremely courteous,polite, patient, and very professional..We also got to see Keith Jackson who had in the past worked with us. He assured us he would personally take care of us again. If there were more salesmen like Zane and Keith I truly believe more car lots would be empty. What a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with such good men.
