I wanted to tell you, my whole experience from start to finish was professional and enjoyable. The Denali truck we purchased is exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for an excellent used automobile. In a world where we don’t always have the best experience in a car dealership, this was great. It is without hesitation that I would buy another car from Naranjo used Auto Sales. The general public perceives a car salesman to be the kind of guy you’d better watch out for when buying a used car. Mr. Pina, you’re definitely not in that category. My Denali Truck is absolutely beautiful and it passed inspection without a single comment. I got a competitive price on a certified vehicle; and every promise was met. I am more than pleased with the high-quality product and service I received from Naranjo Used Auto Sales.
I stopped in after a long day of car shopping , and heard about this dealership through my am cousin who purchased, and was greeted by a gentleman (forgot his name). He was younger, very knowledgeable. He wasn't a typical pushy salesman and didn't hound me because I didn't purchase that day. They will definitely be getting my business
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Excellent experience, no headaches, no hassle, left with a new Crosstrek. Tylor was excellent thru the whole process, answered all our questions, no pressure whatsoever. If I'm looking for another car, I'll visit Sangera first.
My experience at Mercedes Benz was awesome!! As a female, I felt as though many of the other dealerships didn't take me seriously as a buyer. I wasn't given adequate time and attention which is extremely frustrating. Javier showed me his full respect and made sure I was fully taken care of. I have been car shopping for a while now and have came across a lot of people who simply just didn't take the time to work with me, that was not the case here! I finally left a dealership not feeling pressured, I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a friendly and easy process to buy a car!!
It was past time for a service recently when my Sonata developed a bad rattle/clicking in the steering column. I set up the appointment for a few days later. The service rep was courteous and friendly and described two recent recalls that would solve my problem in a couple of hours of service time. He called me at home to tell me my battery was showing some signs of failing and asked me if I would like to replace it. I did. My car was ready with a courtesy wash and no more rattle in the steering. It was a very pleasant experience as always with your service center.
I'm 75 years old and have dealt with numerous Dealer's over the years. BMW of Bakersfield was exceptional. It was by far the the most pleasant experience I'VE ever had with an Auto dealership. From my Client Advisor, Mohsen Vaziri, who found exactly what I was looking for and followed through with every detail of the the transaction, to Thristen who was so patient with the old fart in explaining all the computer workings of my vehicle. Also to Parts Dept. Jesse Clemente, who took the time to locate the missing wheel lock key. And to Mgrs.Mike Rial and Cherif Guirguis who both spent time talking with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. The total experience was an absolute pleasure. I really love the fact they they serve complimentary coffee and water bottles that???s a plus for me. The staff there are super nice and helpful. Alfonso went above and beyond when helping me with my questions. The facility has a waiting place with a T.V that keeps me entertained when waiting for my service to be completed. I sure do recommend this place for your services they do an amazing job.
I took my son's 2008 Charger to Alfonso, who handled the maintenance quickly and competently. I was able to speak directly with the technician regarding a few questions I had. Wow, what a crew. I am very impressed and will only do my service at Bakersfield Hyundai.
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
