Recently I was told by a body man that my tahoe of three years old was rusting in a few spots, so I contacted Josh at Sawicki and we talked. I stopped by one Wednesday and he was gone and I had my mom with me and she is elderly so it was hard for me to wait for him with my mom being in the car. When I got home I called him and explained to him that I wanted to meet with him but my mom was in the car and we couldn't wait for his return from lunch. Josh said no problem that he would drive out to my house, wonderful he came out we talked about it and I explained to him that all the Tahoe's I have seen lately including mine were rusting in these spots. He said he would see what he could do and that he would contact me. the next day he called me and said he was still working on it and he would contact me. I was very impressed at this time due to him coming out to my house and communicating with me on the phone. A week went by and I heard nothing so I called him and he stated he hadn't heard anything. My husband and I both had the day off one Friday and we stopped by to talk to him explaining that these Tahoe's are rusting and I thing GM should stand by this, these are not cheap vehicles. Josh listened and again said he would keep this in mind. My complaint here is I never did here back from JOsh if they were not going to do it he could have at least given me a courtesy call, I actually had to call him again. I was disappointed that the paint job wasn't going to be done and that Josh didn't seem to call about at least calling me back. I guess since sawicki didn't get my paint business they didn't care anymore. However I use them for a lot of other things.
Had a great experience buying my new car from Sawicki. Found the car on eBay, but quickly got great personal treatment from Mike and Sarah. I don't buy cars often, but will definitely call again when I do
I lost power on my Equinox driving down the Interstate,. AAA towed me to Butitti's (sp?) but then, as I wanted in the first place, over to Sawicki's. Mostly because Bergstrom Automotive who does my service had a hard time believing the exact diagnosis. it was towed to Appleton, Wi. Sawicki was right on target with diagnosis, etc. I'm not sure how the final bill would compare. I was very pleased with the service and your people, especially Xavier. There was a cute guy with blonde curly hair who was very friendly - my husband thinks he's the owner.
Bocker always does a great job! The service dept is friendly and professional. Love that they vacuum the interior after an oil change. I've purchased several cars there, and have all service work done there. I trust them to do good work at a reasonable cost.
I had an issue with a piece of metal puncturing the tire and causing a flat. Due to the size of the puncture, I knew that it would not be able to be patched. I called and inquired about a replacement tire with April who confirmed that they had a replacement in stock. I stopped in that night at 6 pm to have the tire replaced and was out the door in about 45 minutes. Exceptional service from all involved. Much Appreciated!
Awesome truck! It???s been years since we???ve bought a new vehicle and we are trying to figure out all the new technologies. Brandon was A+ in guiding us through the purchase. No pressure and very knowledgeable of all the features.

Super to deal with! I shopped for a car for my sister. I've never personally dealt with a car salesman before, and I was wary of being taken advantage of, and thought it would be difficult to get a good deal. Nothing could be further from the truth! Not only was I treated more than fairly and respectfully, I absolutely know we got a great deal! I will certainly think of them first for my next purchase, even though we live hours away. I have seen and been closely connected to others who were taken advantage of at other dealerships, and boy, a dealership I can trust is more than worth the trip!
I've bought two cars from this dealership, have shopped a third car there, and have used their service department for 7 years. They're extremely helpful in every way. The sales reps are very knowledgable and helpful, the sales manager makes negotiation painless, and the service department does quality work.
The salesman Doug was very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in purchasing, there wasn't a vehicle on the lot with all the options I wanted but the dealership was very helpful in locating one the way I wanted. It was a very pressure free experience, I have accessories ordered and hope that transaction goes as smooth as the purchase.
