I first searched the whole area for a 2017 expedition el xlt with the options I wanted, couldn't locate one, my wife searched and searched and stumbled across one at battlefield in culpeper, looked on the GPS and they were about a hr away from me in Manassas va, I emailed the manager Melissa and she took complete care of me, she gave me a trade in value with out even seeing my two trades, and she beat a local dealer ship by 5k! Without even seeing my cars, I went ahead and did my financing over the internet which was smooth and the next couple days I brought my vehicles to culpeper and have to say this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had, Melissa introduced me to Cheryl who was a awesome sales lady and Austin in finance made everything so smooth thanks again battlefield I will definitely be back for another vehicle!
We shopped around for about a month in the state of Virginia and Maryland. We looked at locally owned dealers and "volume" dealers. Price initiated the sale but the following are what prompted us to go with complete the business transaction with Battlefield:
1. Battlefield and other dealers went through my wife first. I did not want to do business with someone that doesn't respect my wife or treats her in a stereotype that occurs during car sale transaction. Battlefield was respectful, upfront and kind. Adam and Melissa were great and I would reach back out them again as my first choice when purchasing another vehicle
2. They were upfront about what Internet pricing entails and what those prices reflect.
3. There were lots of back and forth requests for information and pricing. They were quick to respond and patient/kind when items we requested simply were not feasible
4. Great facilities.
I was a out of town buyer and 80% of my dealing was over the phone - Johnny and Garan made the process very easy and smooth - arrived at the dealership and left very happy- definitely recommend these guys!!
No-pressure sales people. Have bought two cars here; both from Russell. Highly recommended.
There is no indoor showroom which makes shopping a bit sporty on a cold, windy or rainy day. But Russell happily brought the cars (plural) we were interested in seeing right up to the door for us.
Did I mention no-pressure. That is different from no-hassle which means take it or leave it. In the end, Lindsay will deal on the price, especially if you are trading in.

I worked with Johnny. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were no harassing phone calls or emails or texts even after waiting over a week after the initial test drive before purchase. The finance team was excellent and thorough. The whole process was a no pressure purchase and they really wanted to make sure I was happy.

My entire experience was great. I sent an email requesting information on a vehicle. I received a very prompt response from Dana. Dana coordinated with me the entire time. She provided the information needed for an estimate on my trade-in, as well as the online application once I was certain I was interested.
Once I arrived to the dealership, the process was extremely smooth. I drove the car, loved it, all the financing was already completed and the numbers were great. I must've spent less than 45 minutes between the test drive and filing out paperwork (which was a majority of electronic forms, a nice touch that sped up the process) before it was all done.
Overall this was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I'd definitely recommend Dana and the team there to anyone looking for a vehicle.
I couldn't be happier with my "new to me" Nissan. The customer service at Summit Motors is top notch! They didn't just sell me a car they took the time to help me find a "perfect fit". This is an update regarding the last review. The dealership is taking care of all of the issues and getting the windshield fixed and the cabin air filter. Gary Stiles did a great follow up and making sure everything is taken care of
I was doing a nationwide search for the perfect mustang and finally found it pop up at Sheehy Ford Warrenton. I inquired about it through the website and got a very prompt response from Gary Stiles. I asked for him to personally look the car over very close and describe even the smallest blemish. He said he couldn't find any and video called me to show me the car as best he could. I took a chance and bought a plane ticket to check it out and the car was exactly as he had described it. He picked me up from the airport and had me on the road driving home within 2 hours of landing in DC. I would describe this as a very straightforward car purchasing experience - no pageantry but also no unpleasant surprises. Gary was very pleasant and the whole thing went exactly as advertised. I would buy from them again without hesitation, even though I live 700 miles away!
