A very pleasant experience in my search for another vehicle. The salesman was most informative and generously afforded me different options for vehicles available. Ability to work with me if financing the vehicle would be an option; or if I was considering paying cash. A delightful endeavor in searching for the right Chevrolet Impala, one of my favorite vehicles.
Super great experience. Luby went above and beyond everything I had expected!! They treated me like family!!! If you are looking for a new car and don’t know where to go, go to Sheppard they are truly the best in town.
Bought a new Hyundai in 2015...good experience all the way. Very happy, so when I needed a truck for occasional farm use I contacted them via e-mail. They replied they would be glad to help me. I e-mailed back what I wanted, and evidently they are not interested in selling older trucks in the $6000 price range. I never heard from them again and it has been two months. Because of this, probably will shop elsewhere for my next new vehicle.
Elizabeth Yoo was courteous, professional, honest, answered all of our questions, and made our experience at Kendall smooth and stress free. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Kendall to our acquaintances.
We walked in just wanting to go over the process so that we knew if we could work towards getting a new car. We had a car that we were upside down in and Crespino listened to what we wanted, what we hated and what we liked and found us a brand new car that would absorb the negative equity and be the perfect fit. We got a car that day. Lexus is helpful and a breath of fresh air from other dealerships that are pushy and just want your money.
Court, Lacey, Trevor (Smith ?) and Kim were very helpful and nice. A special thank you goes out to Court as we asked him a zillion questions and he went above and beyond the normal call of duty to help (put up) with us (and among other things) crunch numbers for different scenarios and "what - ifs". Car buying isn't on my "fun" list but they made it so much less stressful. Thank you all for all your help and for making good.
Tim George, the sales representative was amazing. This was the best buying experience I have had. Tim listened well and delivered great service. The process was completed on the telephone and in the dealership. Our total time to complete it all including the thorough review of this car's systems was a short three hours. Very impressive!
Ron was our salesperson. He was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He kept in contact without being annoying. I highly recommend to seek him out when you're shopping.
