We are a third generation customer of the Mangino family and have always received stellar service with the utmost care and respect, from each and every member of their staff and individual teams, be it sales, service or administrative. They have taken the time to get to know each of us through the years and have always offered the personal aspect of customer care that exceeds each and every expectation that is ever had. This recent purchase was one that I have dreamt of for more than 2 decades and it was with great excitement that I finally chose to make it happen. And I can honestly say that it is because of the patience and the kind guidance that was willingly and consistently offered by so many of the folks at Mangino Buick and GMC, that it came to fruition so easily, rapidly and beautifully. The most touching part of this experience was receiving the many genuine and sincere hugs, handshakes and warm smiles that spoke volumes about how this dealership truly values the folks who walk through their door. When you become a Mangino customer, you become part of the Mangino family and are treated with honesty, integrity, sincere caring and respect. That is the Mangino way without question and they stand by that credo in all facets. That is why we are third generation customers and will never go any place else.
I have been a customer at Mangino's for nearly 20 years now. This place is the absolute best around. Nicest people in the car business you'd ever want to meet. Ralph Mangino Jr is a class act and has always treated me with the utmost respect. Same for the service department led by Mike Howell.
Had car serviced yesterday and picked it up this morning. One of the new service advisors named Brian took care of me and provided great service. He went over the bill in detail with me to show what was done in spite of the service area being busy on a Saturday morning.
Facility is absolutely beautiful and the people who work there make any experience at Mangino's a pleasant one. I won't buy or service a vehicle anywhere else and will continue to be a loyal customer until I retire in 13 years and move out of state.
I encourage anyone who reads this to give them a try if you haven't done so already. You will NOT be disappointed !!!!
Ralph, Jr has maintained the dignity of the dealership that his father built. Both he and his sisters manage their dealerships with integrity, honesty, and friendliness. I don't see myself doing my auto business anywhere else.
Saturday afternoon, 20 degrees outside and getting colder and my drivers window will not go up. I call around and find Northstar Chevy service department is open until 5. Place a call and head down they are more than willing to help.
I cannot say enough about the customer service received. The service manager and parts department associate worked together to "muscle" the wind and get it closed. They looked to see if they had the parts to repair while I wait. Part was in stock, able to work me in and my truck was back to me in a few hours.
All I can say is great customer service focus, friendly and knowledgable staff. Highly recommend if you need service on your GM vehicle see the service and parts department at Northstar Chevy.

Absolutely the best place to go to if you need car repairs. They'll find the best deal for you. When I went in I thought I was going to have to call my job and say I would be late. But Craig in customer service got me in and out so fast he even had time to change out my front brakes. Best place to go if you own a Chevy.
I was very impressed with my recent service appointment at Northstar Chevrolet. Craig in service was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They even brought me to my work so they could service my car while I worked. I will definitely be back for future services.
Craig was a huge help to me with my Chevy Cruze LTZ RS. He was patient and calm when I first showed up even though 7 other people were there to drop off their cars within a 10 min time period. He listened as I explained that the code reader was showing code PO299 - Turbo issues. He was very kind even when I called about 3 times in one day to find out how my car was doing! I was sooo happy when he called me to tell me it was fixed earlier than expected! He is absolutely a fantastic employee!
First off I'd like to say that everyone I had contact with during the purchase of my vehicle was top notch. I was disgruntled with the way things were not going with another dealership and figured I'd check around to see who else might have what I was looking for. Finding the right truck online at 5 am and leaving an online message, I didn't expect much. I was contacted promptly that morning (even earlier then I expected) and everything went smoothly from there forward. My salesman (Bob Neet) took care of everything and didn't make anything feel rushed or pressured. Being able to drive home with my new vehicle that night was awesome. The cleaning and detail as they readied it was great. Thank you everyone there for keeping simple and making it happen. I'll be back.
