⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience working with Kaan at Tom Peacock Nissan! He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get me approved for my brand-new Nissan Sentra! He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Kaan truly cares about his customers and works hard to make things happen. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Kaan! He’ll get you taken care of!

CarMax Austin SouthReviews
CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra 3 months ago, had a great experience. They ended up beating the rate my credit union I had used for year. I waited to leave the review until I knew for sure I was happy with the transaction and one of the things I loved was management told me they would be there for me before and after the sale. At first I though yeah I have heard that before but here we are 3 months later and any question I have had was answered immediately. I highly recommend this dealership.
