My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and take care of even the little things that need being done. They give you a time frame for the work and meet it. If anything comes up they explain what was found and the options available to fix it.
Well was on the market for a used car saw couple listing that caught my eyes. So I decided to check out this place. Got there it was small lot. There were a cars that I was looking at Low mileage and good price. Got there took my time looking at the car..yet nobody came to say hi how u doing can I help u..to me I didn’t know if that was a good thing or bad I mean I like not being hovered but would like the acknowledgement I’m looking for a car and if there’s anything that they help. I didn’t know who the actual employee of the dealership we’re..I end up deciding not to purchase but in some ways I feel that that was their downfall.
The thing I liked the most is no salesperson to harass me while I was checking out the car and they give me all the time in the world to check the car and even took it to my mechanic and had 2 minor issues that they were glad to fix at no extra cost.

When I shop for anything, ratings are important 2 me so that I don't end up wasting my time and energy in the long run. When U work with a "car company" that takes pride in their service, 9 out of 10, U wont end up with "a lemon". These guys at First Choice will work with U as they have many qualified options for U 2 choose from that with definitely meet your expectations. First Choice dropped the car off at my mechanic 2 allow my guys 2 check it out because "they knew it was all good". No funny business here! I like that!
