Stopped by dealership to check out the cars. Manager Chris offered to find me a car and requested a deposit. I paid. He didn???t find me a car within the period we agreed on and I requested refund. The agent was instructed by Chris to fill out the paperwork and promised that I will get the refund within 7 business days. It???s 14 days since then, I contacted them again and they promised to check, but still no refund. I only wish that I checked their reviews before I went there. Only 2 stars out of 5. *** Today is a happy day for me - finally got the refund. I want to thank Samantha who helped me. She was very efficient, professional and polite.

Had to do a tire rotation, oil change, and had a rattling sound coming from the front of the engine bay. Ryan Jonas helped me out and got everything I needed done quickly.
