The dealership took measures to rectify the situation by terminating the employee and sending a check for the whole amount of the protection plan ($3,250) to my lien holder. It took some work and yes, I am still a bit butt hurt, but I will continue to be a customer here.

Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour.
