Brooklyn Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamReviews
Brooklyn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen. If you want a great deal on a car/ Truck this is definitely the place to go. 5 STARS 👍👍👍👍👍

They patiently showed me every vehicle I wanted to see, maintaining a high level of professionalism that stood out compared to the other dealerships I'd visited earlier. Their positive demeanor at the end of the day convinced me to make my purchase here. I highly recommend them and will gladly refer family and friends.

Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Island Auto Group is the place for 🚗 Let me share my first car buying experience in New York. As someone with zero prior knowledge of how dealerships work, it was incredibly challenging and stressful at first. For over a month, I hunted for a reliable, low-mileage car with excellent safety features, low maintenance, and something within my budget. I ultimately decided between a Subaru Crosstrek or Mazda CX-5. I checked online sites like Cars.com, Carfax, and CarGurus, visited around 10 dealerships (both independent lots and franchises), made tons of phone calls, and even explored Carvana and CarMax. Too many places baited me with low online prices, only to pile on thousands in hidden fees once I showed up—things like mandatory down payments, wear-and-tear charges, inspection fees, and dealership add-ons. But from this experience, I learned a lot about how dealerships really work and gained some valuable knowledge: never fully trust the prices posted online without confirming the true out-the-door cost in person. After five frustrating in-person visits, I was ready to give up on traditional dealerships and just overpay at CarMax to avoid the headaches. That’s when I spotted a listing on Cars.com from Island Subaru. The vehicle photos clearly stated “No hidden fees, no extra fees – fully transparent OTD price.” Skeptical after so many bad experiences, I decided to try one last time and walked in without an appointment or even a phone call. Right away, I met sales representative Christopher Chavous (everyone calls him Chris). He was patient, professional, and didn’t bombard me with unnecessary questions or personal info. He showed me the Crosstrek I was interested in, sat with me for two detailed test drives, and explained all the features thoroughly. The standout moment? Chris gave me the true out-the-door price immediately—no games, no surprises, exactly matching the online listing with zero hidden fees. In an industry full of tricks, this level of honesty instantly built trust, which is everything when buying a car. After some fair negotiation, the manager approved a solid discount, and we sealed the deal that same day. Since it was Saturday and close to closing (they couldn’t finish the NY inspection), they went the extra mile and loaned me a brand-new Subaru Crosstrek to drive until Monday when my car was ready. Finance manager Yuri Miyakawa handled the paperwork smoothly, got me a great rate, and made everything straightforward. But Chris truly went above and beyond—he guided me through the entire purchase process and even helped set up my first car insurance. The initial quotes were sky-high for a new driver, but Chris personally called the insurance company, advocated on my behalf, and somehow got my rate reduced to half the original quote! That kind of dedication is rare. The whole team—the manager, Yuri, Chris, and the rest of the staff—was genuinely helpful and made me feel valued. I drove home in my Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Crosstrek Limited with just 9k miles, at the exact negotiated price, with all documents perfect, a full tank of gas, a fresh car wash, and three free oil changes for the first year. Island Subaru transformed a potentially nightmare first-time buying experience into something positive and memorable. Their transparency, honesty, and outstanding customer service set them apart. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family, and I’ll be back for my next car. Thank you, Island Subaru team—especially Chris for your incredible support throughout! 🚗💯

Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I had a great experience working with Freddy Difo at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, honest, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me anything. Freddy made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, worked hard to get me the best deal possible, and never made me feel pressured. What stood out the most was how responsive and patient he was — he answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and will take care of you, ask for Freddy. Highly recommend!

Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I recently purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from Island Auto Group, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I’ve bought and leased several vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the smoothest, most transparent car-buying processes I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. There was no pressure, no games, and no hidden fees, which is something I really appreciated. They walked me through the details of the BMW X5, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood every option before moving forward. The pricing was fair and competitive, and they were upfront about everything — trade-in value, financing, and next steps. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and the delivery process was seamless. What really stood out was the customer-first approach. It felt like they genuinely wanted to earn my business, not just close a deal. The entire process was efficient, professional, and stress-free. If you’re looking to buy a pre-owned luxury vehicle like a BMW X5, or honestly any car, I highly recommend Island Auto Group. They made what can be a complicated process feel easy and straightforward. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Dover Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Ramos has helped me jump through at least five different hurdles to get the vehicle I needed. I certainly didn't make it easy for him, but nonetheless he has gone so far out of his way to make sure that I got the vehicle I needed, in my price range and in time to move forward with my deadlines. The search to get this car has been arduous and frustrating, and it all ended with Ramos. In case he or his managers happen to see this, thank you for going to far out of your way to meet me half way.
