So far it has been a great experience. As soon as showed my interest on a particular car, Kevin and the Dealer responded to me offering any information I could need for me to make a decision. It’s so good to see this kind of prompt attention. We’re still in the process.

Dan Dressen was excellent. I was on my way to Springfield to buy new truck and stopped by decatur and dan got the sale! I am very happy with my new truck.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Love my new Corolla! Thanks Crown Toyota!Bob and The rest of the staff took great care of us. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and will look forward to working with them again in the future. Service has always been convenient and quick.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Good place to trade in a car and excellent customer service. Nice selection and service.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln review
We just purchased a used vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford. It was a great experience. Our salesperson Ellen was awesome to work with. We are 5 hours away from Lincoln, so much of our correspondence was via phone and email. By the time we arrived at the dealership, the dealership was ready for us to take the vehicle for a quick test drive and complete the financing documents.

Chrissy is absolutely wonderful to work with! She tries her hardest to make sure customers leave with the car of their dream. I have not-so-great credit and she went back and forth to make sure I got approved and had a monthly payment I was happy with. I strongly recommend talking to her if you’re in the market for a new or used car.

Andrick was very nice and very helpful. I don't have the best credit or a good down payment but he did everything possible to get me into a car. Very helpful!

Great Team at Jackson Ford! I have bought several vehicles here and the entire team treats you like family throughout the whole experience! They are the only place I trust to service my vehicles as well with a very professional and knowledgeable team! Courtesy drivers to get me back to and pick me up! I can’t wait to get my next Raptor from them soon! ~ Mark
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

If you need a car ask for Colton! We drove an hour and a half to have Colton show us a used car, and we'd do it again in a heartbeat. Absolutely no high pressure sales pitch....just a knowledgeable guy wanting to help us out. The guys in the finance office were great to work with as well. They explained the additional extended warranty options, but with no pressure to pick one. Great experience overall.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

The salesperson (Colton) was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the model I was considering, professional and zero pressure. The sale was completed in record time using online resources Colton suggested ahead of meeting at the dealership. Colton even completed the sale on his day off to accomodate my schedule. The finance manager was able to find a very low interest rate for financing, which was a great bonus. Overall great experience.

Kevin Briggs was our sales consultant and he went above and beyond to get our business and make it a comfortable buying experience. Rick Ridings FordReviews
Rick Ridings Ford review
I was looking for a 2025 Mustang GT. I found one at Rick Ridings and dealt with Justin. This was the best experience with a car dealership I’ve ever had. I did not feel pressured by the salesperson or the finance department to buy extra options like I have with previous dealerships. It took me longer to drive to the dealership than it did to finish my trade-in and the paperwork for the new car. I am very happy with how Rick Ridings and Justin handled my car purchase and have told all of our friends that it is worth the 2 hour drive. They even gave me a gift at the end.

It was a pleasure to deal with both Chad and Aaron. Although I didn't end up going through with the deal, the hangup was completely on my end. The team was extremely patient and accommodating with me, and tried their best finding a solution. The truck in question was in great condition and was honestly a gem, it just wasn't meant to be in this case. Although this dealership is far from me I will continue to keep an eye on their inventory, as it would be a pleasure to make a deal with them in the future.

Very friendly, unfortunately a long ride to get there. They were very busy, so no one really went over all the features of the truck with us. I am very pleased overall with my new truck and finding it on cars.com.
