Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Wide selection and no haggle are a plus over other dealerships. I like being able to see how many different makes and models. CarMax is the only place I will shop

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

My husband and I purchased ID.4. We traded our Honda Accord. At first, we were not given a fair price but eventually we did and decided to proceed with the deal. David and Mohamed were extremely helpful. David did great job explaining everything we needed to drive the new car home. The following day he responded quickly to my request of locating the enrollment code for electrify America. The dealership was cold (October) and could use some more decoration and kids-friendly corner.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Phillips Chevrolet was EXCELLENT. My amazing team consisted of: Jordan my salesman that closed the deal, Anthony the manager, and Rami the first salesman I spoke to. I was on a mission. I began an aggressive search for a car for my daughters 21st bday. I needed her in a safe used car, with low miles. I picked Phillips Chevrolet by accident, after I had a horrific experience with another dealership. The night before I paid the other dealership 18,800 cash for a 2024 Altima, but canceled the wire after they argued with me- and refused- to make me a 2nd key. Phillips didn't argue about ANYTHING. They showed me a fabulous car- a 2022 Corolla with low miles. It was a $400 difference, and the BEST $400 I have spent. I left the dealership laughing with the manager, hugging the salesman, and promising to buy all my future cars from them. They did not haggle with me, and I respected their position on the pricing. They went down a few hundred, but couldn't any further--- it was already below market value. My husband checked and said it was way under priced. My brother who is a large man- gave it a xxxx of a test drive- through the back woods, fast turns, up hills, etc. I fussed at him for shaking up the car. He said it was a strong car, that rode smoothly. I felt good that they weren't selling me a lemon. To guarantee they weren't - we negotiated to include the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I went back the next day to pick up a clean, freshly washed car. At the other dealership I was nervous when I signed, and second guessed myself all throughout the deal. Whereas, I was thrilled and excited about the car from Phillips Chevrolet. I gladly wired them the $19,000 + and took photos of my car. After taking photos with everyone, and my brother getting his $100 referral (which he didn't share with me :(.. LOL. My husband came to thank them for not causing me to "snap off" like the other dealership. He said - now he can have Peace in the House. After the hugs, photos, and jokes they gifted me with sweatshirts, hats, and bags. Now I can buy a big red bow, and give it to my daughter. I'm making her wear the sweatshirt and hat for the photos. We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Just had my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at Castlevand Kim was my service consultant. She was vey helpful, service completed when promised and she covered the services and that my car was washed and ready!

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Best car I have owned. Great style and wonderful mileage. I have I no maintenance issues and the free oil changes are great also. Stow and go is a great space provider.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. Did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be and have a nice variety of cars. Dealership is clean, staff are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from these guys!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Had the older SUV version Pacifica & never had a problem in 8 years, excellent on road trips. When the new version came out I was hesitant to go back to a minivan look (kids are grown) but we do many road trips a year and need room and comfort. We got a 2017 Pacifica which exceeded our expectations on road trips by far! We camp in the back, luggage on roof, fabulous gas mileage! Even went to each coast for xmas in heavy snow up in NH Mtns & the car did great (We drive appx 5,000 each trip) The bad-back issues someone mentioned...I don't get it, the lumbar is fabulous, the seats are comfy, lots of leg room (we are in our late 50's and climb all around in that car and on the roof, no problem). However two years in we started to have electronic issues, had to replace the big battery ($300 or so, all the flashy safety features suck it up) then the small battery. Lots of the "alert" signs appeared for various things, but there wasn't ever a real problem. (Hate to say it but we have a lot of safety features turned off, not once have I trusted a back-up camera, we are SO old school) Then 4-1/2 years in, driving down the road, the transmission went. NOT happy! The warranty was still good for it and it was all taken care of, but still...a 3 1/2 year old car?? But we're keeping our car, I LOVE my Pacifica! I do believe ours, a 2017, since it was the first year of the re-made Pacifica's, was trial & error with issues, we should've waited till 2018! I would absolutely get another!

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

We bought our Pacifica new, and have had it for two years now. The only problem we have had, is a (tiny) paint defect on the bumper lip which happened during build, and is covered by warranty. No other problems. Pacifica is well thought out, with luxury to spare! Not only do I recommend, but I would buy another one in a heartbeat, were the need were to arise! Beautiful van!!

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

This is the perfect van for traveling. It is comfortable and there is plenty of room for luggage. This is one of the few vehicles that has enough legroom for my husband in the passenger seat. He is 6'5". It is large enough that I can hold my own on the interstate. Would of kept this one except we were interested in a hybrid.
