The dealership and staff were prompt and friendly. Issue fixed and delivered on time. My only negative is that in making the appointment, I was unable to get in for over two weeks!

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Anti-Freeze and oil leak discovered during routine servicing. Called my SD, Nick, at Kolosso Dodge in Appleton to have it repaired. He got me in as quickly as possible based on repairs needed. All repairs completed in one day, to my satisfaction. Nick, as always, was polite, efficient and prompt. They are the best.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

My 2011 Chrysler 200 has been a joy to own. At 200,000 the engine went out but repaired would be about 5k so I guess it will go to car heaven since I can’t afford to replace the engine. Just put $600 set of tires and new battery. I am truly going to miss it.

I bought a used 2008 Corolla from them about 5 weeks ago. Just recently there was a clicking noise coming from one of the front wheels. I took it in to get fixed and it turns out it was just a pebble stuck in there somewhere. They didn't charge me the diagnostic fee or anything. I would recommend Kolosso Toyota to anyone.

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 L from Bergstroms of Kaukauna Wisconsin on 6/8/16. I actually was looking at another vehicle on the lot, but after the sales person (Tom Gault) listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle, he pointed out some other choices. From then on, the whole process of buying a car was painless and quite refreshing. I was going from my old 10 year old car to a car of the future as I seen it. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I had previously written a review about my 2011 Yukon. It referenced some repairs that the vehicle needed and my frustration with the fact that I just pirchased the vehicle and immediately found things wrong. Had been looking for a newer truck for quite a while, but could never seem to catch up with the good deal on the truck I wanted, as someone else would buy it out from under me (three separate occasions). Finally, my better half spotted this one. It was JUST on the edge of my price range, and I hemmed and hawed about it for several days before I decided to pull the trigger. I could hardly pass it up, as it was an excellent truck in excellent shape, decent miles, and actually a very fair price, considering comparable trucks were going for more or MUCH more. I figured I'd better fish or cut bait or it would be gone again. Let me tell you, I am SO happy with this truck! Jeff was a fantastic salesman, extremely helpful, even going so far as to help me with this truck via his own personal phone. He was also 100% correct when he said I would waste way more time at the bank than I would at his dealership. When I got there, the truck was ready, papers were ready, EVERYTHING was ready. Maybe 15 minutes and I was on the road with my new truck that I'm extremely excited about. Thank you! Highly recommended business.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.
