We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I was deeply impressed with the lack of pressure, we felt throughout this entire process. From calling to set up a test drive, to signing the papers. Our Sales person Jeffery was so helpful. He had the car up front and ready to go when we arrived. They were willing to let me hold the car until my husband could come back with me to test drive and were so helpful. We were nervous about the dreaded "Used Car Haggling and there was none of that. They allowed us to have an outside mechanic check out the car before we purchased. We left feeling that we were getting an amazing car, for a great price and were extremely happy and impressed by the entire process. Jeffery was our Sales, Barry was the Manager who also worked with us, and Carlos was our finance person. Really impressive team all around, highly recommend them for any car buying needs.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

Went to Autoheaven Inc and found my dream car. Got myself a 2017 Dodge Challenger T/A 392. It was the best deal in NOVA. Everything was as advertised, the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. They provided me with a CARFAX report as well as the service records. What I liked about Claudia and the owner that they weren’t pushy like other sales associates at other dealerships. I will never forget what the owner told me, quote: “I want you to buy the car that makes you happy even if it’s not from my dealership.” That’s how I knew that they really care about their customers. I purchased two more cars since then, got my wife a fully loaded Honda Odyssey and a Subaru for a different family member. Very happy with all the vehicles, recommend this place to everyone. I bought a 2010 300 Touring Signature with 65,500 miles on it, and despite being a 12 year old car, it looks and drives like new. I have the 3.5L V6 (the upgraded V6, not the base engine). Some reviews have said that the 300 is underpowered if it doesn’t have one of the V8 engines, but unless you’re trying to hit 60 in four seconds and annoy the neighbors, it’s got plenty of power. This is a car that loves a highway—it’s quiet, comfortable, and has plenty of power for accelerating and passing. Handling is good, although the steering and suspension are tuned for highway driving more than performance. That’s not a criticism; it’s the 300 Touring’s intended use. I think a lot of the negative reviews of the 300 are from people expecting to do things it wasn’t made to do. The 300 Touring isn’t a track car or one to drive hard through the twisties. It’s a full-size touring sedan, and it’s absolutely brilliant. I wasn’t looking for a 300, although I’ve always loved the way it looks (along with its late cousin, the Dodge Magnum), and the price was right. I’m very happy with my purchase and I love everything about this car. We’ve bought a lot of Chrysler products over the years, and currently own 3 (a Journey, a 200 Touring I bought for myself and gave to my daughter, and the 300), and we’ve never had more repair issues than you’d expect for their relatives ages and conditions. Every Dodge or Chrysler we’ve owned has been very reliable. When I test drove the 300, another customer was waiting at the dealership to take the car if I didn’t want it, and two more wanted to look at it. There’s a reason—if you can find a low-mileage used 300, it’s going to treat you right. I’d suggest getting the upgraded V6 (3.5L) if it’s a model made before 2011. Don’t be scared off by the V6 unless you’re specifically looking for a muscle car. We’ve had four Chrysler products with the Pentastar V6 (an exceptional V6 Chrysler put in pretty much everything), and this one comes pretty close to it. It’s not your car if you want to go 140 on the track, but if you’re going 80 on the highway and want plenty of power left to pass, it’s fantastic.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)

I have had 4 300's and never an issue with any of them. Every one I have had people assume its a Cadillac, when I tell them different they ask if I'm sure. Yes, yes I am. I have traveled cross country with 3 of the 4. Over 5,000 miles per trip and zero issues. Had plenty of leg room and great lumbar support for the driver. I am currently in the market to replace my 2010 300 with a newer one.

We had ours since 2016. It's sad to see it go in 2023. It not a fuddy duddy crossover. They all look the same and have no style. This is one of the best cars I've owned. Every three months it gets driven from Albuquerque to Dallas, in tempatures that are 100 plus, and it held its own with the AWD in minus - 15 temperatures in Northern NM. My average speed on the highway are 75 to 80 mph. and I get 30 mpg on regular. So far I only have 55k on the odometer, and I plan to keep it until the wheels fall off.
