My overall experience with the purchase of my new vehicle at Schwieters- Cold Springs, exceeded my expectations. Mandy was exceptional, from the onset of the initial phone call into the dealership. Mandy was pleasant to deal with; professional, courteous and genuinely cared about the Buyers experience. Even post-sales, she did not rush or move abruptly on to the next deal. She took the time to thoroughly walk me through the technology package of the truck and new vehicle tutorial. Additionally, she followed-up with me the very next day, to make sure I didn't have any outstanding questions and/or concerns. His communications skills are outstanding and beyond reproach. Also Sam, the sales associate who spent alot of time with this elderly couple, went above and beyond to meet our needs. His product knowledge coupled with his comm. skills made this experience non stressful. And last, but not least, Will, the finance guru, finished the deal professionally and left us totally satisfied with the terms we needed. Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
