Found my way to this dealership (from Central NY) through cars.com. They were one of the few places that had a 4 door Jeep Wrangler with manual transmission, which is what I had been searching for. Communications via e-mail and phone were great - I worked with Mike C. for most of the transaction and Ted helped out on day of delivery. There were some delays along the way due to a recall, but they did everything possible to expedite parts and make the delivery happen with no surprises. On the day of delivery, Damian chatted with me apologized for the delay, and made certain I was satisfied. My fears of purchasing a vehicle from 5+ hours away were unfounded - these guys all did a great job, great communications, and were very easy to deal with.
2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

It rides and drives great and we haven't had any problems with it. Thank you Tom for all that you do for your customers.
2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
As far as practicality goes, I think the minivan was the greatest vehicle ever conceived. My main problem with all of them is relatively poor mileage. That problem has mostly been solved by the Pacifica PLUG-IN Hybrid. Battery mileage is about 30 miles and that covers 90% of our daily driving . A fast charger at home generates a full charge in less than 2 hours and, stopping home for a few minutes allows a "top-up" if we go out again. We have often gone two months without having to fill up! I have solar panels sufficient to meet both home and hybrid needs. I followed development of this Hybrid Pacifica for several years and held off replacing my 2011 Town & Country until it was available. Normally we have replaced our minivans every three years since our first Dodge Caravan in 1985. Note that it was worth the wait. (I keep my pickups for closer to 9 years and am waiting to see the TESLA electric truck!) This Pacifica is close to perfect and later models are even better having added a couple things I miss (garage door openers and driver's seat memory among them.) The interior is great and well finished and is as nice as my last Mercedes (1986 300E.) I was a bit disappointed when the new gas Pacifica announced an AWD version but did not extend AWD to the Hybrid. If they do upgrade the Hybrid version, that will be my next vehicle. Other than that, I will keep this one until they add something else I can't live wihtout!

2005 Chrysler Town & Country review
ASE Parts Specialist 25 years. Bought this T&C Touring van with 175k miles from a family friend for $800 and figured it would need some things repaired. Being a tech for years, with good connections for parts, I might as well give it some love. Had a new battery and new rear tires I got to work. Replaced the following. PS pump and hose. Water pump, Upper and low intake gaskets, lower rad hose, Ft struts, rear coil over shocks, sway bar bushings and end link kits, front brakes, idler and tensioner pulleys, serpentine belt, transmission service and oil and filter change, 4 wheel alignment. Rides like new, would drive it to Florida tomorrow. Store n go seats are great.

I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. We finished within an hour 15 minutes & by 3:45pm on that same Saturday DROVE MY Brand NEW 2025 white PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY HOME. This dealership’s crew with very little notice even washed & swept the car & filled up my gas tank knowing we had a LONG DRIVE HOME. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to make buying a brand new car from the start of my Saturday morning to the 3:45pm finish of driving it away as easy & as pleasant as possible. Many Thanks to our Salesman Colton Allison & to his boss for being so reasonable over the phone with the price & to the dealership for getting all the finance & paperwork handled, to the detail guys & whoever filled up my gas tank. 2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

This is a 5 Star dealer- if they have what you're looking for - your search ends here. I drove 3.5 hours away from NY, and it was well worth my time. My salesman Chris Eppley was a very down to earth, awesome person. He wasn't your typical pushy salesman, he was honest and straightforward. He even kept in touch with me for about 2 weeks until the title came in and they even held the car for me until I took the trip(trust me they could have sold it to someone else, but they honored the deal we agreed upon and waited). In this car market right now(i've purchased many vehicles) this is very rare and simply shows they're about fair and transparent prices even when others take advantage. The business/finance manager Nicholas Kimball is also a really awesome person. Zero pressure, straight forward and did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. These guys are real pros at what they do and are an asset to this company. I will certainly be back with family/friends and will recommend them to take the trip as well to avoid the hustling area I'm from. Thanks again Faulkner team, it was a pleasure.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
