2025 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Let me start by saying I have the AT4 model with the Duramax 3.0L diesel. I had a 2024 Elevation with the 5.3L V-8 that I bought to pull my 22’ camper. While the Elevation pulled my camper fine it drank the gas like it was on a binge. And with a 26 gallon gas tank it seemed I was filling up every couple of hours. After one trip to Nova Scotia I knew something had to change. I pulled my camper out west to Yellowstone and back through Arizona. It pulled like a champ and fillups were a lot more manageable. Even driving the speed limit out west I still got four to five mpg better than with the gasser. I liked the Elevation but I love the AT4. Way nicer ride and great handling. I get 30 per gallon of diesel on the highway if I drive the speed limit but I got it to tow with. I added a Titian replacement fuel tank so I have 43 gallons instead of the 26 it came with.

2021 Lincoln Aviator review
I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

I wrote an honest review on February 4, 2023, about my experience with John Megel Ford of Cleveland, GA after I purchased a 2020 Expedition on January 28, 2023. I am happy to say that they contacted me and have resolved all of the issues to my satisfaction. They worked with my local Ford dealer (3 hours away) to inspect and correct the "Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning" on the dashboard. They compensated me sufficiently for replacement tires. They realized that my experience was not perfect and bent over backwards to do what it took to make me a happy customer. I am very pleased with the follow-up and service after the sale that was provided by the sales manager. 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I’ve always owned Tahoe trucks. This is my 5th one. I owned an 01, 03, 04 and 06 before they changed the body style which I wasn’t fond of. The vehicle model is very attractive compared to other trucks I saw when I wanted to purchase something brand new. The Vortec 5.3 engine is still one of the most reliable engines ever made my opinion. I’ve never had issue with my previous trucks. My last Tahoe, I sold it with 301K miles on it. It was my work truck. Now, I’ve switched this truck from leisure to working. I recently had a major repair. One of the parking assist sensors went bad and cause a domino effect, shutting my computer down. Had to have it towed to a dealer. It’s still fairly new so, finding parts that are compatible outside the dealer for cheap isn’t going to go well. I ended up having to replace all my modules, harnesses for the modules since they had heavy water damage from years of exposure (the design doesn’t cover them). That was a $2800 repair. Not bad for having it 6 years 113000 miles driven. I do highly suggest getting the extended warranty on these newer vehicles and renewing the warranty again if you plan on keeping it long term after it’s paid off. As far as the engine, The correct oil makes a difference. Using the wrong type will effect your fuel efficiency and performance of the engine. Your mechanic may be best at figuring which is ideal for your truck in is current state. The truck does well on the highway for its size. I get about 24-26 highway average. The most I’ve gotten was 32.6 miles on the highway but that was mostly on a flat surface which the engine switches to V4 when it’s not under heavy demand. City driving is to be expected. 13-17 depending on idling at lights, traffic, stopping and starting. It’s a reliable truck if your not looking for fancy with a high price tag for an SUV. Can seat 7-8 ppl safely (I had ppl between 5’10 and 6’2 in the third row and the said it wasn’t a bad sit and was surprisingly more comfortable than they expected a 3rd row to be, handles well (your not gonna make corners at nascar speeds in this truck so expectations are within reason) and it’s acceleration is powerful enough to get you in and out of exits on the highway where the flow of traffic is doing 75mph+. I recommend this truck to anyone that wants reliability, safety for themselves and family and something attractive without the Kardashian price tag. If your hung up on brand name status recognition, spend the extra 40K-62K and get a Mercedes truck if that makes you feel better. If your not one of those ppl, Tahoes are great.

2021 Toyota Corolla review
Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

2025 Dodge Durango review
I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either!

2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’m very satisfied with the Lincoln. I enjoy driving it. It’s so smooth on the open road. Good acceleration. All the safety items are very comforting to have. I really like the crash warning. Has staged me from an accident twice. I have almost 50,000 in a little over two years. My next car will be a Lincoln Nautalist Hybred.

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
I bought this truck to pull my 9000 lb travel trailer, which was wearing out a half-ton pickup. The 3500 pulls it very well. Towing mirrors and brake controller are excellent. Where legal I towed with cruise control at 70 mph on I-80 from Cheyenne, WY to the Mississippi River. The truck did not slow or downshift for a hill the entire way. It got 12-15 mpg. There was absolutely no trailer sway, even without an anti-sway hitch. When not towing, the truck averages 23 mpg at 75 mph, with a range of about 600 miles/tankful. You can hear the diesel engine around town but not on the highway. The ride is heavy-duty, as expected, but very comfortable on the highway. The seats are great. The recommended tire pressure is for maximum load. I run 45 psi unloaded without setting off the tire pressure monitor. The truck rides and handles better that way. Anything I don't like? The headlights come on and the radio/GPS switches to night-time display mode in broad daylight depending on sun angle. I can't see the display while wearing dark glasses when it does that. You can't override this behavior. As for reliability I can't say much because I've only driven the truck 20,000 miles. So far, no issues. A major reason I went with GM was the fuel pump. It's worth researching diesel fuel pump lawsuits online.

2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

2023 Cadillac CT5-V review
Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.
