Great experience! Our salesman, John Roque, was very knowledgeable and attentive. He was helpful explaining features of the vehicle we wanted to test drive. They worked as a team to accommodate customers at all stages of car purchasing. It was worth the 2 hour drive to get to this dealership!

I was looking for a low mileage Lexus NX 460. Mercedes/Porsche of Melbourne had what I was looking for. The price and condition were right. My wife and I made an appointment with Matthew to test drive it. My wife loved it. Went ahead and purchased. The entire experience only took an hour and a half. Exceptional people working at this dealership. Clean facility. This dealership sets the bar how a dealership should be managed. Very happy with our car. I will definitely keep this place in mind for our next car purchase. 100% recommended

ON THURSDAY, I RAN OVER A METAL BRACKET AND FLATTENED 2 TIRES. I DID DRIVE TO A LOCAL AUTO REPAIR SHOP BUT THEY WERE TOO BUSY SO THEY TOLD ME TO CALL A TOW. I CALLED TRAE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT BONIFACE HIERS MAZDA. HE PICKED UP ON RING ONE! HE HEARD MY DISTRESS... ASSISTED ME WITH MY TOW! HE MADE ME FEEL SAFE KNOWING EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE OK. HE CALLED ME WITH UPDATES AND MADE SURE MY CAR WAS REPAIRED ON TIME. JAMES THE SERVICE MAN WAS SO AMAZING AND KIND. HE IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL IN THE AUTO REPAIR INDUSTRY. THANK YOU FOR EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS. GO TO BONIFACE HIERS! THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE ROYALITY!!

I took my XT5 in for an oil change, my service advisor Richard Smith was a very kind friendly guy. He also had my car washed and vacuum. After my car was brought up we noticed my screws on my license plate holder was badly rusted. Richard kindly replaced them himself, which was very nice of him. We discussed my tires, Since I know nothing about cars except to drive and put gas in them.He kindly emailed me the top name brand, their quality and prices Im not yet ready for them but I will definitely seek Richard's help at Tasca when I do. Thank you Richard'Smith ☆☆☆☆☆

Coastal Hyundai review
My mothers car motor blew and she needed to purchase a car within the week. Dad died over the summer so this is the first major purchase she has had to do without him since the 60's, so of course I helped her. We visited EVERY car lot from Melbourne to Palm Bay, test driving an endless number of cars, brand new and used to see what was out there. The Coastal Lot was the first we went to, then last lot we visited. There was such a warm atmosphere at Coastal, no pushy salesman trying to steer my mom away from what SHE wanted to look at. Manny even came in on his day off, without telling us it was his day off, I know he did not want mom to feel pressured. Manny was willing to go above and beyond for my mother without bragging that he came in on his day off, we found out from someone else he was off that day. Spike (Sales mgr.), Candy (paperwork) and EVERY other person we encountered were fantastic! WE have already been telling everyone we see what GREAT people are at Coastal Hyundai!!!

Coastal Hyundai review
It was time for me to get a new car. I had no idea what I wanted. I went to Coastal Hyundai to check out what they had to offer. I looked at several and drove four models. Wes was helpful and willing to put up with my indecision on which vehicle I preferred. I finally decided on a Sonata. I will refer my family and friends to Coastal Hyundai and Wes Baker.

This is the second car I have purchased from Rischi at Coastal. He is pleasant to work with and has most paper work completed before I even get there. I will continue to recommend my family and friends to go see Rischi. I was not even planning on buying a car, but the personal follow up with from Rischi with my purchase two years ago, kept me informed of the current specials.

I brought my dog along, and the staff welcomed him with treats and water. It made the whole visit relaxed and fun. The buying process was just as friendly. I found a great SUV with plenty of room for him.
