I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I purchased a beautiful used car from them and was excited about the purchase. The reason for my review today is not remorse as I purchased what I wanted. The review is about tires. Yep, tires. I had to wait for the car to be present as they were doing the make ready on it. I had been told that the car was at their Ford facility since it was an older Ford. Well the car came back with a “new set of tires”. Because this car is a 2004 Ford Thunderbird and priced high as a used car you would expect a set of “Michelins” right? I looked up “Ironman 2 Gen”. They are CHEAP China made tires by “Hercules”. Really? For what I paid for this car and the great condition this Ford was in they could have bought a better tire. Amazes me how I thought that over the years I could trust a well known Named Company like Gunn to provide the best. But hey, I didn’t do my homework. It is important to know what you are purchasing by doing your homework then you know. “…and now you know the rest of the story, good day.”

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

I am enjoying the vehicle so far. It was used by the General Manager of the dealership before I bought it. It is spacious and comfortable, although the Rock Creek suspension doesn't give as good a ride as my 2018 Pathfinder did. The Android Auto feature is very useful. It gets good gas milage on the highway in the 4WD "ECO" mode, but the shut off/start at lights is noticeable and takes some getting used to. My last Pathfinder was very reliable overall--we'll see about this one, which has more electronics.

What’s going on with Honda? I‘ve been buying Hondas since 1979, and have never seen such a lack of response to a service problem as this year. My Ridgeline GPS controlled clock quit working in January and was told a fix would be available by August. In July I was given instructions from Honda USA on a fix which caused my clock to totally disappear. In early August, my clock returned but was 3 hours and 11 minutes behind. Now, late September, Honda is saying their still working on it. HOW HARD CAN IT BE? Is Honda just hoping we will just buy a new car to fix their engineering oversight? DID HONDA HIRE A BUNCH OF BOEING ENGINEERS? I’m totally disillusioned. Should I abandon buying Hondas from now on?

The Ridgeline is a super practical vehicle. I have the E so I love the storage in the bed area as well as as full electric. at 80,000 miles, I started having an issue with the stereo system with a crack rolling and popping first it would go away while driving. I’d have to stop the vehicle turn it off and then restart it and the radio would start playing.

I took my car in for repair. It took a while because the part was elsewhere but I was kept informed of what was happening and offered a ride to wherever I needed to be. I opted to wait. As soon as the part was obtained the work was done quickly. The customer service agent was very helpful and nice.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Gunn Honda never disappoints! I have been taking my cars to Gunn Honda since they were located on Bandera Rd in San Antonio. Although the service team over the years have changed personnel, they never skip a beat. They listen to my concerns and remind me when I’m scheduled for maintenance, which is a big help. I can’t say enough about the quality of service. I always receive at God Honda. A special shout out to Shanti; she’s simply the best Service Advisor. I highly recommend you ask for her next time you go in to get your vehicle serviced. If you need to visit the Express Lane, be sure to ask for Shawn, he’s my go to person and keeps me informed while I’m waiting. Not only are these two individuals professional, they are very personable, patient. Thank you, Gunn Honda for yet another great experience.

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

not the cheapest to maintain with a hydraulic top and suspension however it's a pleasure to drive and it makes you feel special which to me is worth the money I spend on it

We purchased the limited edition. It has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Love driver 1 & 2. Comfortable seats and ride. Love the reclining back seats. Lots of trunk space. Windshield wipers that come on by themselves. So many features! I Love my new car

Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS

I want to say this is one of the smoothest car expierences I have had in awhile and we go thru cars. This is our 3rd New in 2 Years. Came to the dealership just on a Whim, just to look to see some pricing on the Atlas Cross Sport. Dealership was packed. We called the Dealership and asked if there was anyone that could come help and Ryan Slaughter came out. Professional, and to the point like I like. Helped that he is a Vet too which as a Vet I always look for. Showed us the vehicle that could not be found on the website but was on the lot. Was respectful to my wife and non-judging towards us, even as we were dressed to just walk around downtown Boerne after taking care of our Animals. Explained the Features, Options, No Pressure. We discussed, liked the Experience and decided to buy and honestly alot of the decision was on how we were treated. In the past years, weve had BMW, Lexus and the New Infiniti's and each time it is the way we are treated that to me is as much a part of the experience as the vehicle. Ryan was amazing. Talked like old friends instead of a Business. He did not pre-qualify. There's no way he could have known what we could do, didn't see the vehicle we drove in on, but helped us just the same. Definitely highly recommend him and his dealership. His Finance Manager was amazing too and took all my questions and answered them as I always have alot when it comes to big purchases. I'd thank him but honestly forgot to grab a card and it's 11 at night and I'm not going to wake the wife to ask to see the paperwork. I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. Overall would recommend (again, my experience was completely online (out of state), John seems like a very nice guy and will answer all of your questions and give you a no-BS out the door price. Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast
