My new car experience was smooth from beginning to end. Carter helped me, a senior citizen, understand which features would be best for me and which model would suit me well. Definitely will consider going back to Runde’s.
Runde's service department is always pleasant to work with. They have always been very accommodating. Repairs are done quickly at a reasonable price.

for weeks I was having issues with my car that I bought used from a small used car lot. it had been over a year since I bought it and it started to turn on and off different lights and codes and wouldn't keep my lights on when I turned them on. I took it to Runde and without any charge to me they found the part had been recalled before I even purchased the car. they fixed it that day and had me on my way with professionalism and great customer service.
I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership, I drove 50 miles out of my way because they had the SUV I was looking for, I did most of my research online and set up an appointment. I was greeted by the SUV sitting out front running and warmed up! The salesman took down my DL info and said go take it for a spin. I love it when they have the trust in you to let you drive it without them, I don't need to hear about all the bells and whistles until I actually like the way a vehicle drives. I returned to the dealer and met with the finance dept, not only did they finance me on the spot, I was driving my new SUV home within the hour I drove in. Prompt, courteous, treat you like family and no other dealer was even close to their price. Worth the 50 mile drive each way? MOST DEFINITELY
I was travelling thru Stockton to Iowa...still 2 hours to go to get to my destination. I needed immediate care of my Toyota & was fortunate to get to this dealership. The receptionist was thorough in getting my information. The service department was outstanding in fixing my problem. I was extremely pleased with the care that I received in what could have been a stressful situation. Kudos to whoever trained these employees in providing customer service!!
I came in to test drive a car for my son, as a gift. The folks at Ubersox, from the beginning to end of the process, were absolutely outstanding! There were a couple of little blips here and there which is bound to happen when buying anything these days but Steven (my salesperson) and Troy (the business manager) made everything right. It doesn't take much to make a customer happy - they wanted to know what would make *me* happy, and they did. Thanks guys, you were all just fantastic. Hands down the best mechanic I???ve worked with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need. Always goes above and beyond to make sure you have the fix needed, and it???s never a half-xxx fix like the other mechanics that you deal with. Time is an important thing to this service department, they always make sure that you have your vehicle returned in a fair amount of time. Would definitely give 10 stars to him if I could. As far as Ashley Rose, she was very polite when I came in looking for assistance, guided me back to the service department and made sure I didn???t need any further assistance. Had a phenomenal attitude and felt like she would???ve went above and beyond if I needed assistance from her. Would also give 10 stars if I could.
I have been doing business with this company and in particular Mark for years. They take care to understand the issues with my vehicles and keep me rolling. Mark is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with when it comes to service and vehicles. He offers solutions and results, not excuses. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction is unmatched in the industry. I will continue doing business with him and Hoover as long as I own vehicles.
Mark was extremely helpful with the problems I was having with my daughters car... his "hands on" approach to finding the problem let me know that he really cared! Fixed the problem at a very fair price! Will be going back!
