Ken Garff West Valley FordReviews
Ken Garff West Valley Ford review
When I arrive at the Service Department I was greeted by a gentleman who opened my door, then got my walker out for me. He was cheerful and smiling as he gave me directions to my Service Advisor. I was again greeted with a smile and cheerful attitude. He arranged for an Uber to drive me home. He (Brandon) contacted me later that day, we arranged payment over the phone, and had my car delivered to my home. I found that to be exceptional service! I highly recommend West Valley Ford

Axio Auto SouthtowneReviews
Axio Auto Southtowne review
I recently had a great experience at Axio Auto Southtowne. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Stephen Carey was the salesman who helped me and made the entire purchase process straightforward and stress-free, answering all my questions without pressure. The vehicle was in excellent condition thanks to Josh Webb, who did a thorough job detailing it so it looked and felt nearly new when I picked it up. On the finance side, Carson secured me an amazing rate and clearly explained all the options so I felt confident in my decision. Overall, the team worked together really well and made the experience efficient, transparent, and genuinely pleasant.

CarMax SpokaneReviews
CarMax Spokane review
CarMax does fine, but a little cumbersome since they are so big. Daniel and JJ were very helpful. Cars.com, however, is slow on removing cars from their pages. Twice I went to CarMax to see a car, because Cars.com emailed me that the car I wanted was still available, at that location. Both times it had been previously sold. Frustrating when you’re looking for a specific model.
2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

West Motor Ford review
The service department was great about keeping me informed about how things were going. It was a warranty transmission repair, and they provided me with a car to drive while my was being repaired. It was just a little rough to be without my car for 3 weeks, but I knew from daily updates how things were going which helped a lot.

Goode Motor FordReviews
Goode Motor Ford review
I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Goode Dealership. While relocating my family from Washington State to Louisiana, we encountered a severe coolant leak that threatened to derail our journey. For hundreds of miles, we were forced to stop every hour just to keep the engine from failing. When we finally arrived in Burley, Nick and his team stepped up in a way few businesses do today. Despite us arriving with our own parts and a desperate timeline, they treated us with the utmost priority and professionalism. Not only was the repair executed flawlessly, but their genuine appreciation for the Military and Law Enforcement community was evident in every interaction. They didn’t just fix a truck; they ensured the safety of my family. We completed the rest of our cross-country trip without a single issue. To Nick and the entire crew: thank you for your service and your excellence.
