After ongoing conversations and email photos between Eugene and my son, a vehicle was chosen. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren.
