I was shopping for my first Jeep and visited several dealerships before Meadowland of Carmel was recommended to me. Since it wasn’t local, I didn’t check it out right away—but as I neared the end of my search, I reached out, and I’m so glad I did! The customer service I received was outstanding—far better than anywhere else. We handled everything through email and phone, and within a week, I was picking up my new Jeep. The entire team—Ken (General Manager), Aaron (Salesperson), and Tim (Finance Manager)—made the process seamless. Every question was answered, and I had zero concerns walking into the dealership. I expected to spend three to four hours there, like at every other dealership I’ve visited, but I was in and out in just 20 minutes. Truly impressive! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a Jeep. It was absolutely worth the drive and my time. I bought two cars from Mike Barrows. Mike's salesmanship goes unmatched. He did not pressure us at any point and was always willing to do his best on a price for us. The transaction was quick, easy and smooth. Just to top it all off Mike donates $50 dollars for every car he sells to united for the troops and having two grandparents that served this really blew me away. Thanks Big Mike!

Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. Either way, I expect to have the car back soon. I will update this response as needed. As of today, Sales is driving the solution and has done the right thing. Pending the resolution, I would buy here again.
