2026 Dodge Durango review
Second Durango we've owned. We love the Hemi when you need the extra boost. Versatility of the interior is great when you put the rear seats down. We have fit a 10' kayak in the back. Only issue with our last Durango was dust at the bottom of the drivers and rear left hand passenger doors. Unfortunately, the used car lot we purchased it from didn't disclose it was in an accident. We found this out when the rust was repaired. We owned a Dodge charger before the first Durango. We lost the ability to pair our phones to the car. Our last Durango's compass failed. We were told that the monitor would need to be replaced to fix the compass. We like our newer Durango. It came with a trailer hitch so I'm looking to pull our smaller TT to see how it pulls versus our F350 diesel.

2005 Dodge Durango review
I bought the 05 Dodge Durango and was happy with my purchase. I liked the outside design but the interior was bland. If the seats were more comfortable, I would have tolerated the interior layout more. It had a nice storage bin behind the rear seat which was quite handy. It drives car like but the 3.7 six cylinder is thirsty. I've owned SUVs with eight cylinder that got better gas mileage! It was my first Dodge in a while and I was pleased. After 70,000 miles problems start to creep in. I traded it in shortly after my ac compressor locked. It was just too expensive to fix and my gut said it was time to move on. It earned its four stars but it's a fragile four stars

2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

I’m a teacher, so I’m on a tight schedule. They respected my time and had everything ready for an early-morning signing before class. The process was quick and organized. Very grateful for their flexibility.
2021 Dodge Durango review
I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Sanford review
I recently purchased a vehicle from John Hiester CDJR of Sanford, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and never pushy—something that's hard to come by these days. My sales rep, Tajh, went above and beyond to find the perfect car for my needs and budget. They answered all my questions with patience and made the process smooth from start to finish. The financing team also made everything straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommend Tajh and team at John Hiester CDJR of Sanford to anyone in the market for a vehicle. This is how car buying should be!
2022 Dodge Durango review
I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of LillingtonReviews
John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington review
I have been searching for a AMG since June, 2022. I have been dealing with the mark up of these cars that go against what banks value them. One after another I end up passing a deal on one due to the owner not having the title in hand, price and delayed responses from sellers. Frustrated, I decided to do my daily web search for a AMG and calm the nerves. Little do I find, a car I once owned. Back in 2020 I ended up having to sell a few of my cars due to medical reasons and expenses. One of them was a 2005 SLK55 AMG, which I had worked on personally rebuilding/improving the Roadster. I never thought I would see this car again until I found it on John Heister's website, which this Dealership was located in North Carolina nearly 1825 miles away. I contacted the dealership quickly hoping it wasn't pending sale. John(Sales) who I had first contact with, listened to my story about the vehicle including my past ownership. I went over the details of the worked performed and the modifications I have done to the SLK. He was intrigued with my story and was interested in helping me buy this car back. Now in most cases dealing with price is always the harder end when buying a vehicle but John made it easy, working with his Sales Manager they both gave me the green light on what I would pay for this vehicle. I was so happy and with John's constant communication throughout the buying process and getting the car ready for transport I was beyond exhilarated. This was a effortless experience compared to other Dealers who have only seen customer's as a Dollar sign walking through the door or in this case thru a website haha. Thank you John, Sales Manager and the John Heister Dealership! Yours's Truly, Panzer
2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Impex Chevrolet GMC review
I was very pleased with my experience with Impex Chevrolet. I found the vehicle on line and was able to put a down payment on it also on line. I made arrangements to drive 3 hours to the dealership from my home in Virginia, and met with Marqus Brooks, the salesman handling my sale. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.

JT Auto Group review
Today I purchased a beautiful 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited (Burgundy exterior and Almond interior). I called the dealership last week and spoke to the salesman named Will. Will answered all my questions and sent me videos and pictures of the car addressing all my concerns. He was a great help and very pleasant to work with. After driving the car home for over 200 miles, the ride was very smooth and nice. Everyone in the office were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely come to JT Auto Group when I need another car.
2020 Dodge Durango review
Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington review
we had a horrible experience with a couple other dealerships in south Carolina and north carolina . we have been looking for a truck for months and thought we found a couple so we drove to moore county and on the way there they sold the prospective truck as we were pulling on to their lot out from under our feet . we had check in hand and coming in to look at and test drive they knew we were on the way to do so . they never told us someone else was in the process of buying it they just told us it was still available and to come on out they didn't even show us another truck or something equivalent frustrated and upset we drove 45 minutes one way to not see a truck we drove home . Next day we were alerted of another truck this time in south carolina so we drove another 100 miles the oposite way with check in hand to look at another prospective truck. only to get there and realize they weren't honest about the mileage or that the truck was used . they also failed to tell us that it had pulled a travel trailer entirely too big for that type of truck which raised suspicions about the condition of the truck. they also tried getting more money out of us than what they instructed our bank lender to write the check for if we decided to buy. we asked to speak with the manager at this chevy dealership he said he has been working on this since we called and knew all about the situation , but when we brought up the fact we weren't comfortable buying something that was used and had hauled something too big he was furious and didnt like to be called a liar. he also said that he was sorry we wouldn't pay the extra 300 dollars to make the deal go through . being an older couple we were tired and frustrateddthat a upstanding dealership in south carolina treated us the way they did . so we left and called the bank lender and explained what had happened she started looking for us herself and found john hiester Chevrolet of Lillington and told us to call and give it a try before we gave up . they had a brand new 23 chevy truck and it was less money. we called and was directed to ashley whom was very nice and understanding she told us she was on it and would get back to us. the next day i called back on the truck and they made the ball roll right away . we started out that afternoon 80 miles the other way hoping this was not another goose chase . we went up test drove and did paperwork on our new Silverado pickup truck much better price and way more better experience. thank you so much for your courteous professional and kind treatment it made the other 2 dealerships and frustration go away . best car buying experience ever in our 49 years of buying and driving a car . this place deserves a reward of excellence !!!!!!!!!! ive already recommended this dealership to 3 other people thank you to everyone we cant remember all your names we met that night but everyone was very nice and patient and understanding made the whole buying process worth the trip.
2026 Dodge Durango review
PRO-The 2026 dodge Durango GT plus Hemi all wheel drive is a very sturdy and comfortable SUV. I love the way it drives and feels very safe while driving. Con-I wish it had more safety features such as lane warning and lane keeping assist. And forward collision warning and mitigation. For this price point I believe stellantis cut corners and cheapen an suv that could be so much more. And I was hoping for an option to turn off the all wheel drive and set it to 2 wheel drive at times to get better fuel economy. Get rid of the sunroof and install these options instead. Besides that this SUV drives amazing I had 7 people in my Durango and we were all very comfortable. It has a Massive trunk space when the third row seat is down, and ample trunk space when the third row is up. I love it so much I am thinking of trading it fir a new Durango RT 392 with the 6.4 liter.

John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington review
Max Sanchez in the service department was extremey helpful he went above and beyon. I took my ram there because my truck was making a funny clicking sound and take a while to start. Max gave me a loner vehicle so that i wouldn't be inconvenience to get to back and fort to work which was very considerate of him. He did the leg work with my extended warranty company who gave him a hard time because they didn't want to cover the repair which was covered. My truck was in your shop for several days and he kept me updated every single day which puts my mind at ease knowing that someone cares and was fighting on my behalf to get the warranty company to honor their comittment to the contract i signed with them which they eventually did because of hes persistence, Mr. Sanchez is a true consummate with excellent professionalism, curteous, caring and TOP NOTCH customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone and put my reputation on it.
