Hate car shopping, but Court made it pleasant by listening to our needs, and he delivered beyond our expectations. What was wanted wasn't available, but knowing what we desired, Court patiently provided us with alternatives that could meet our needs/wants until we found just what worked for us. He thoroughly explained every vehicle's functions and features. He also understood our limitations, and the dealers' finance person got us to the monthly payment we could afford. We understand there's a process the dealers use, and that's okay, but Carswap never exerted pressure through the entire process as some larger dealerships have a tendency to do.
Definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Frankman Motor Company. Their car salesman, Jesse James, was first-class being extremely helpful and knowledge about cars. Thanks to him I came home with bada** Cadillac SRX. Financing was a breeze and the offer for my trade-in was more than fair.
I liked the no pressure on buying they didn't try to sell me a car I didn't come to look at. BJ was honest if he didn't know the answer he found someone who did I hate it when they read me the option sheet over and over at other dealerships when they don't know. We got a higher trade value than at the big factory dealers in Sioux Falls. Great communication from the sales person he never hounded me let me take my time to think things over let me drive as many as I wanted to find the right one.
My wife and I just bought a used vehicle from them and we couldn't be happier! Brian(our saleman) and Ethan(finance guy) made the process of buying a car very quick and painless! I highly recommend them and will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!
We asked for a car to be held as we would drive from out of state to look at it and purchase. The car we went there for had some expensive repair that needed done and we wished they had told us about that prior to us driving 5 hours to SD. But they gave us a great deal on a similar vehicle and Scott The Old Guy Service was great. We we’re pleased with the car we got and their efforts in helping us.
I spoke to one of the sales staff about 6 months ago and told them exactly what I was looking for. They called me a week ago to let me know that they FOUND my truck! I filled out the credit application online on their website and got a call back within half and hour to let me know that they were able to get me approved. I drove away this week in my dream truck! I am very impressed with how once I told them exactly what I was wanting, they went out of their way to find just the right truck for me. Thank you T & L Auto Sales! I found a 2013 Dodge Durango on Cars.com web site from Billion. It was listed with a special internet price that made it the best price for the options I wanted. I used the email option on the cars.com site for that vehicle to set up a test drive. After a test drive of the vehicle the price was exactly what I expected. I got the internet discount and drove away with a new vehicle. Excellent people and customer support for future upkeep and maintenance at this location. I would highly recommend this dealer to family and friends.
Very good customer service. They remember my name and what has been done we in the past without having to look it up. I just can't say enough good things about the service and the people who work there
