Great Car Buying Experience

Purchased 2018 Sienna XLE. (Knew what car we wanted, trim we wanted, option packages and cash price limit. Color wasn't as important to us.) Started online with Internet sales person, Diana Viguers, who was very friendly & responded via email, without delay and with very reasonable & explicit cash and financing price quotes for the vehicle I asked about. I made an appointment for the next evening to test drive the car. It was pulled to the front and ready to be looked at & driven. Sales person Glen Gregg was knowledgeable about the car, patient as we asked questions and quite pleasant to work with. He answered all questions and demonstrated the many features. I should mention that Diana offered to stay in touch if needed too. Ultimately, in car buying, price is the primary concern for most people. We negotiated a tad bit more and came to a reasonable cash price to meet our limit. Did not take long. I believe final purchase price was fair for both the dealership and us. All optional warranties & "extras" were clearly explained by Greg. We did not purchase warranties or extras & felt no pressure because of it. However, I know they are available for certain time frames if needed. Greg set up our first service appointment in 5 months for oil change and tire rotation (part of the included 2 year Toyota new car service). Very nice. Also, we were assisted by a wonderful "Finance Guy". However, I can't recall his name! He was pleasant and nice to work with too. The whole process took 3 hours. Returned the next morning to pick up the detailed vehicle and received the purchased car mats (service area was closed by 8:30 pm on evening of sale) and all associated manuals. Service area helped with that. Perfect and smooth experience.
