We love this car for our family. It is incredibly spacious, the interior is beautiful. Drives very smooth and has many gadgets for the family.
I was looking for a specific type of car and found one there that had to be brought to the dealership. It arrived on my sales persons day off and he came in just to show it to me...on his day off. There was never any pressure the staff was straightforward with no pressure. The best care buying experience I have had.

Great sound system. Easy to load kids in and out. Love the ability to easily stow all of the seats. Overall it's a very good van.
Tim McCartney was my salesman, and he put me in the car I wanted. He was patient, kind, informative. After the purchase, he reviewed every feature, even assisted in setting radio speakers. Has called to make sure I am happy, and have had no problems. Roman in finance was very kind. Barbara at the front desk is very sweet. I love this dealership. Tim got me the car of my dreams, love my Forte. What a wonderful car that I am so very proud to own, and drive.

We bought this van as a replacement for another make and model that gave up the ghost. We haven't had it long, hence the 4 on reliability, but so far it runs well and my wife loves it.
My husband and I had a great experience with Clint. Before I get into that I want to share our experiences from two other local dealerships for comparison. My husband went to one and I to another. The Toyota dealership he went to the salesman was nice but I guess he did not want to sell a vehicle because he did not contact my husband again after my husband told him specifically what 2 toyotas we were interested in. I went to the other honda dealership in the area. When I arrived it took a while for someone to approach me while I was walking around in the lot. I am assuming probably because I had my young son with me. (Don't judge a book by its cover.) A salesman approached me finally. He was very a nice man. But I did not like the set up of the dealership at all. The salesman was looking on an iPad that died in the process of looking for two pilots that I saw online. So then he had to use his cell phone. This whole time we are sitting in a lounge type area with no privacy from other people passing by or from being able to hear the manager who was very rude to his employees sitting at his desk. The salesman asked the manager if he look in the database to see if the vehicles had sold because we did not find them on the lot when we had looked previously. He was very impatient with the salesman and seemed to careless if the man sold me a vehicle. After the manager told him that 1 of the pilots was on the lot somewhere the salesman went to look again for it leaving me for at least 15-20 minutes. I was getting ready to leave at that point when he showed back up and said he could not find it. At that point I was very aggravated with how rude the manager was to his employees, the fact that he also seemed to careless if his employee sold me a vehicle, having no privacy when talking about budget, waiting so long for someone to greet me when I arrived to the dealership and having to wait for him to try to find the vehicle and then not be able to find it. Now for my experience at Honda Cars of Aiken with Clint. My husband went to Honda cars of Aiken the first time alone to narrow down choices of vehicles we were looking into. Clint showed him what we were interested in and allowed him to test drive the vehicles to determine what best suited our family. We decided we were very interested in pilots so we both along with our 18 month old son went back to the dealership. When we arrived he showed us the 4 pilots they had on the lot and told us the difference in each. We picked the one we were most interested in. He allowed us to all ride together including moving our son's car seat from our vehicle to the one we were test driving. After our test drive we went inside to Clint's desk (that's right his own desk with a decent amount of privacy also may I add his own computer) where he had a toy car waiting for my son to play with. He was great with our son the whole time and so patient. Which to a mother is a huge deal! We did not buy that evening because this was a big decision for our family so we wanted time to really think about it and make sure we were not rushing into our decision. Clint was very understanding. We came back later and purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend him if your looking to purchase. He will be patient and understanding but most of all he wants to make sure you have the right vehicle for you or your family and not just push you into something that does not suit you just to sell a car. So if your looking to buy a car, truck, SUV, or something in between go see Clint at Honda Cars of Aiken.

Traded my 2008 for this 2017 and the difference is remarkable..the 3.6 motor is a gem, with class leading power and smoothness along with better mileage..hauls everything.. tows my trailer and with the stow and go seats dropped into the floor...other minivans are not even close by lacking this convenience. My nxt is the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50+ years of driving.
I was due for a ???new to me??? car and found one online. It was exactly what I was looking for. The used vehicle was detailed and cleaned up nicely. I traveled from Lexington to Edgefield and would do it again for the great no hassle experience. The staff took time to explain the features of the car and show me how everything works. They even synced my phone. Thank you so much. I love my new Edge.

So far, this minivan has exceeded my expectations. Better mileage than I expected- 23 mpg- those are not highway miles. A 4 x 8 sheet of plywood fits in the back easily with the seats stowed. My Mountain bike fits easily standing up.

Just bought a gmc Yukon Denali and from the time we arrived to the time we pulled off the lot the entire staff was far more accommodating than I could have expected, they filled up the tank, got me an oil change and still gave us an incredible deal. Family owned and operated so that simplifies the process. Would recommend them to whoever is buying a car. They saved us a trip to Atlanta.

We recently upgraded from a 2006 and this is both so much better and so much the same. It really feels like we are driving a new version of our favorite car.

Good family car for the price , you get what pay compare to other brands of minivans , not bad at all , but they need to update the model , the new 2019 is the same same , and they should add ad optional AWD
Chad, his son Seth & Mike all treated us like Family. They were straight forward, honest and very accommodating to Myself, my Wife & 2 kids. Great people and we would certainly recommend anyone to them and will do business with them again when we need another vehicle down the road.

As title suggested, I had drove this car twice now for longish distance driving.
In terms of practicality, family did not complaint so that's a positive. My only negative is the boot a bit small compare to our Passat.
As for driving experience, I had and will continue to say it's a bit like driving a tractor. The wheel was relatively heavy comparing to all other cars I had drove. Given that I can confidently drive it at night for 90 miles from San Diego back to Orange County so maybe it does deserve some credit on handling department. The braking is ok but if you drive sensibly then I don't think it will be an issue. If you do blindly follow, aka tailgating, I have no confidence in its reactive time, anyway just don't.
Overall, a good people carrier but don't expect any fun driving experience.
Took my ecodiesel in for oil change and tire rotation. Service rep stated there were 2 open recalls and they could complete them now. Tires were rotated and recalls performed but could not do oil change because they didn???t have the filter. Explained that the filter was part of initial inventory that had not arrived yet, but would be available on Tuesday. I am not upset as they just opened. Went in Tuesday and service was completed promptly. Overall very pleased with service.
