I recently purchased a classic car for my wife from this dealer. The salesman I dealt with was Garth. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, straightforward and honest. Our transaction took place over the phone and Garth went out of his way to assist in the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle arrived at our home the next day and it EXCEEDED all of our expectations. The gentleman who delivered the car (Jerry) was a sheer delight to talk to. I would highly recommend these folks and will deal will deal with them again in the future.
2008 was a bad year for the Dodge Grand Caravan
by Tony E. from Monticello, IN

We have spent almost $4500 in less than a year on our van. The heating and cooling system went out twice. We had to repair bushings that should not have failed so quick. The interior and the options are excellent. The video entertainment system rocks! Yes, we bought the van used but it only had 72,000 miles on it. It was bought locally and we are the second owners. You know buying a house is the biggest investment a person makes. Buying a car is second. Why do the big 3 automakers get away with fading paint, rusted doors, and vans like ours that breakdown at the drop of a hat!!! I’ll never buy from the big 3 again. The KIA Sorento is my next vehicle. I put 200,000 miles on our old Sorento without going to the shop once. 2008 was the first year for the Dodge Grand Caravan. STAY AWAY!!! Pick another year but not the 2008!! Also, you can’t check the transmission fluid. The dealer has to check it and it costs around $75!!
Glen, Adam and Josh were great while addressing my repairs on the 2012 GMC Acadia they all should be commended for there outstanding service. Especially Josh for take very good care of us during the time our car was in for repairs. Thanks for the loaner car during the repairs.Everything was done as promised. Thank to all, Jim and Becky Fox

My husband and I were very happy with our experience at Shenandoah Ford. Everyone was extremely helpful to assist us in getting our new 2017 Mustang. There was no pressure from the staff, and everyone bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Our Salesman Kyle Phillips was wonderful. Thank you to all the staff at Shenandoah Ford for our new mustang!!

I love everything about it. It has enough room for my family and is still a luxury vehicle. I never thought I never thought I would fall in love with a mini van
I use it primarily as a people mover for shuttling people around. The basic vehicle has performed pretty well. Beyond the normal maintenance, we've had to replace the rear a/c unit as it developed leaks. Also, the Uconnect system has given us headaches as it corrupts the phone directory downloaded from my phone, and Chrysler wants to charge a very unreasonable amount to replace it, even under warranty. This van has shown a little more rusting than my previous owned caravan, especially around the windshield .
This dealership is phenomenal! The level of customer service is off the charts.
I spent several weeks trying to decide on a vehicle that would best suit our needs.
My husband is a Disabled Veteran so many things had to be considered.
Patience and understanding with everyone I spoke to.
I would definitely refer this Dealership!
The best vehicle that fits our needs

Mobility and enough room to travel. The van has a very nice sleek look and came with much more options than the one we traded in. Just love it.
I purchased a new Ford F250 Super Duty from Shenandoah Ford on Halloween night and did I receive a treat. Everyone that I came in contact with was a pleasure, very knowledgeable with zero pressure to buy. Trevor, Jay and Keith will go out of their way to accommodate you. I would definitely recommend Shenandoah Ford to anyone looking for a great deal without the high pressure sales approach. Shenandoah Ford will be my first stop when I'm in the market for a another car or truck.
Great van for a family with kids

We looked at several vans before buying the Dodge Grand Caravan GT. We got some options including heated seats and steering wheel. This has been a wonderful car for our kids and the stow-away seats allow as much space in the back as most truck beds. It rides smoothly and has many features that older vans do not, including back-up camera and navigation system built in. We recommend this vehicle to anyone interested in lots of storage. So far, we love it.
My husband and I broke down on our way home from TN back to NY. We realized our local Ford dealer messed up our Escape as we were halfway home when they did a routine oil change. We had to call a tow truck and were towed to this Ford dealer after service hours and Kevin Delawder went above and beyond to help us out and make it so we could get home. Highly recommend based off hospitality of this fella alone. Thanks again!

This van meets our needs for comfort, roominess, ease of drivability and overall style. We love that it has all the gadgets at an affordable price
I came in looking for a Volkswagen Jetta and when I showed up they were waiting for me, offered us refreshments while we were taking care of everything and helped to reach the payments I was hoping to have.

Traded my 2008 for this 2017 and the difference is remarkable..the 3.6 motor is a gem, with class leading power and smoothness along with better mileage..hauls everything.. tows my trailer and with the stow and go seats dropped into the floor...other minivans are not even close by lacking this convenience. My nxt is the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50+ years of driving.
if you're car shopping - STOP. This is the place. After shopping at Many dealers, we got the best deal here - hands down. Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Check with Kevin.

He will make your car buying experience enjoyable. Believe me you wont be disappointed. Just be prepared for a burst full of positive energy and person that's on your side that will put his self on the line to serve you.

I have had Kia's.. I have had Hyundais. this dodge is the best car I have had. I would recommend this car to anybody. and I got the car at Subaru of Port Richey. Great salesman.
I can't believe how nice they were. It was way more than just buying a car. I learned so much about building credit with the gentleman there. I have no credit just yet and he got me financed with a very reasonable terms. My salesman was sooo kind and I was able to take my time and think about everything. That is what made write a review. My friends kept worrying me how dealerships pressures customers into buying but my experience was nothing like that and I am so HAPPPPY with it and with my car. Just lovinnnnnng it!

It's big. It's safe. It's extremely reliable. Unbelievable value. Ask anyone that owns one. Your wife will love it. Don't spend 10K more for an SUV. Save the money.

This is the best dealership I have ever been to. And that's saying a lot. I have owned many vehicles and I have never been treated as well in my life as safford treated me. Words can't describe the quality of people there. They let me know the status of my vehicle whenever I asked immediately, and we're very professional. I will be buying all my vehicles and having any service I need done there from now on.

Good family car for the price , you get what pay compare to other brands of minivans , not bad at all , but they need to update the model , the new 2019 is the same same , and they should add ad optional AWD
I've been taking my car to Safford Dodge since day one.I bought my car April 7,2017 and the few problems that I did have Dodge has done an excellent job of repairing it, and I also get my oil changes and my tires rotated and they do the best job they can and their customer service is suppurb 10+ across the board Dodge is great hell yeah I will always take my car there for anything that needs to be done with it. Thank u very much SaffordDodge ¿!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Drove this twice as a rental
by Anonymous from Irvine, CA

As title suggested, I had drove this car twice now for longish distance driving.
In terms of practicality, family did not complaint so that's a positive. My only negative is the boot a bit small compare to our Passat.
As for driving experience, I had and will continue to say it's a bit like driving a tractor. The wheel was relatively heavy comparing to all other cars I had drove. Given that I can confidently drive it at night for 90 miles from San Diego back to Orange County so maybe it does deserve some credit on handling department. The braking is ok but if you drive sensibly then I don't think it will be an issue. If you do blindly follow, aka tailgating, I have no confidence in its reactive time, anyway just don't.
Overall, a good people carrier but don't expect any fun driving experience.
