My salesman, John Goodpaster, made the entire process fast, easy, and painless. I was so glad that I didn't have to spend countless hours at the dealership. I was able to send pictures and other needed information via text as to the cars that I wanted to trade in. I then found the car that I wanted to purchase on-line. John was able to put the entire deal together and relay that information to me before I arrived at the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was able to test drive the car and then meet with someone in the business office to complete the transaction. All in all the process at the dealership took less than an hour. I love this way to purchase a car. The next time that I purchase a car I will return to John Goodpaster at Ed Martin. Thanks John

Jeremy Greer our salesman started and completed my purchase of a new 300C and I never left the house. After negotiations went to the dealership test drove our new car and 15 minutes later finished the paper work. No wasted time or playing the shell game back and forth. One experience I can relate that most dealers won't go the distance like Jeremy done for us and appreciate his progressive thinking. Last year bought a new Journey and Jeremy did the same for us. Ed Martin both times gave us more for trade than any other dealer in Indiana. I recommend both Jeremy and Ed Martin for their progressive business practices.
I have bought or leased 4 different cars from Toyota of Muncie. The sales agents are top notch and the process was extremely smooth. Mike in financing is excellent to work with. The dealership is a delight to wait for your car while it's being maintained. Clean with a great coffee bar. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I bought my Charger R/T from Mike McIntosh at Goodwin's. Best car shopping experience I've had in my many years of haggling over prices. This was the first non-mom/sports car I've bought, and Mike made it so easy for me to understand how everything worked. I got a great deal, I love my car, and I say "hi" every time I see Mike around town. Definitely worth the drive if you're not in New Castle already.
My wife and I drove 4 1/2 hours(9 hour round trip) to buy a Ram Truck from these guys and I will definitely consider doing it again! They were straight up front with me on the deal regarding sale price and and a very fair trade in credit. Unlike most dealers who try to play shell games by hiding the profit in one side of the deal and throwing sales pitches at you, Roger was awesome in embracing me as an educated buyer instead of resenting me for knowing what the truck as well as my trade in was worth. Like I said, next time my wife and I are vehicle shopping, I won't hesitate to give Roger a call and make another 9 hour roadtrip because I know they will be upfront and honest about the deal instead of trying to manipulate me with sales pitches.
