Great Customer Service and Overall Sales Experience

Got a glowing, really glowing recommendation to go to Jeff Belzer's and see Bob Soucheray for a car. Looked into the options for the vehicles I was looking for online that afternoon and went in, admittedly a little late on a Saturday (10/20). Was warmly greeted by the desk staff while I waited a moment or two for Bob. We met, I explained my new traveling situation and about the Chevy Cruze I was recommended elsewhere and he agreed that it wasn't the right vehicle for me BUT he had two options that might be the one I was looking for. We went to the Kia sales floor from the Chevy floor seamlessly and looked at the smaller of the two hybrids to consider, then looked at a White 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid. However thanks to timing I was able to get an even better deal on the 2019 model that I test drove. I then got a great offer on my 2006 Hyundai Sonata with 159k miles that really sealed the deal next to the lease terms that matched my price range. The offer for the protection on the car before and during pricing was very attractive, I got the service deal and turned down the finance deal with no pressure at all. Left with the new car after all of the features had been shown to me by Sean Hornig, who himself was very pleasant to deall with and knew the new features very well. All in all a very great custoemr service and overall sales experience.
