I have bought 2 QX 80's from Corey King at INFINITI of Central Arkansas in the last 5 years. The experience has been positive and professional in each case. We live 4 hours away in Louisiana and would not hesitate to advise friends that it is worth the drive.
90% of the transaction was worked out through emails and text. We feel that working out the numbers on trade in and purchase were fair. And they delivered on their promises to us.
The 2019 QX was delivered to us by a courier, at my expense, who also brought paper work to sign and delivered our trade (2015 QX) to INF of Cent Ark.
I walked in, told them what space & payment I needed and they made it happen!!! With in 2 hours... and most of that was me test driving & working on call!!!. Corey was great!!! They have called and checked on me weekly to make sure that I'm still happy and that was 3 weeks ago!!!

Walked in the honda dealer in hot springs arkansas, had allan helping me find a car, I drive about 100+ miles a day for work, and alan was understanding and also able to listen to my needs, after test driving half the lot, (since I couldn't find a car I wanted) . we finally came across a 2012 honda civic si, and as soon as I drove it, I knew that was the car for me, everybody in the shop is extremely helpful and friendly, they take care of their customers, better than any other dealer i have dealt with. Thank you Orr Honda for such a great experience!
I took in my 2006 Accord for a fluid leak. The service dept checked it and found a power steering leak. There was a recall I didnt know about and they replaced the power steering hose for free. When I got the car back they even washed it. The service guys were so nice and went out of there way to make me feel comfortable.
I was excited to get my new Jeep in 2011 I bought a brand new Rubicon 4 door black fully loaded the first day I brought it home and went out to drive it and it rain that night and I know I had a boat I called the dealer who was not interested and ended up having to have it dried and clean myself. I took it to the dealer they kept it for 2 weeks to fix the trim I went down and get it in 2 weeks it had not been touched and they said they had a new shop manager for in less than nine months who you said that they kept correcting the others problems so I took the seals took them home and install them myself. I contacted the dealer and was told to come down and talk to mr. Parker and when our Rod I'm still had to speak to his son which was not good at all he did not know anything he could not help and he just kept saying I'll have to talk to him. I think it's pretty bad that the dealer could not get in touch with me and work out something at this point . I am disappointed that mr Parker took any time or effort to correct any of my problems I really thought that they would stand behind their product!!!!!! Now with only 28,000 miles the transmission has gone out what's next.
