I didn't end up buying the car because of my budget, but working with Cowboy was definitely a pleasant experience. Seems to be a very trustworthy guy. I'm 600 miles away and he gave me the information like he was buying the car, basically everything I need to know, didnt held back knowing that I'm investing my time picking it up. He also gave me a quote for delivery since he has friend. He called his friend on the spot and got him surprised too!
I took my Chevy Colorado in for servicing and also asked them to see why my key would sometimes stick in the ignition. I was told is was a shifter problem & would be nearly $400 for repairs. I said forget it, but do the rest of the servicing. When I picked up my truck, my bill included a $60 diagnostic charge to tell me shifter was the problem. Wow - it cost me $60 for them to state the obvious
This was the easiest car buying experience in my life. I live in Beebe, and work in Little Rock, so we did everything by text and email. Alexis was great to work with, they had me approved for financing, but I ended up getting a better rate through USAA, so I was pre approved. It might have taken an hour total to do the paperwork, and the only reason it took an hour is because I didnt have the paperwork faxed there before I got there.
I got a great price on the car and they worked my deal to make sure I could get a loan. I was upside down ont my trade, and they took a hit on their asking price to make the deal work. Alexis was easy to work with, and did a great job of making it all come together.
I will buy all of my cars through them from now on.
