I have purchased a couple vehicles from May Motor company. They make buying a used car easy and treat you like they would family. They are good honest people. When I???m ready for another vehicle I will be going back to May!
I contacted the dealer about a truck I was interested in on cars.Com. A Mr. Lipscomb answered and informed me that the truck had sold but that he did have other trucks in that category. He also told me he could have some work done if I needed it. He was very polite and helpful, I will be going up there to look in person in a couple days. I expect to have another good review to post then.
I have bought two cars from May Motor???s, the one I am driving now I???ve had for five years. The employees have been there for many years so you don???t see new faces every time you walk in the door. Something comes up with your car you walk in there and they have answers for you???those guys really know what they???re doing. I couldn't be more pleased with my Nissan Rouge! We came in feeling hopeless after we had been to several lots and got the "brush off feeling" Andrew greeted us, but was not pushy let us know he was there to help if we needed it. After looking at the awesome selection, we decided to test drive and FELL IN LOVE! Came back and talked business, Andrew was able to get us in and out QUICKLY, in a car we loved, with a payment we could afford! We are forever grateful and would recommend to ANYONE!
Jason Bruce, Jennifer Murray, and the whole team at Modern Motorcars were very accommodating to my BMW purchase. 'They took the time to answer all of my questions, and at no time, did they pressure me to "close" the sale. Additionally, the "after sale" service --> is fabulous! I had been searching nationwide for a VW Phaeton for roughly a year. Found what i hope is a decent example from this dealership. Jim was extremely helpful and the transaction went seamlessly. Trusting someone when buying a car across the country is something difficult to do when being able to inspect or visualize the car in person isn't an option. For the price i am extremely satisfied and barring anything outside of expected condition of an older car - i fully assume to be pleased with the entire purchase. Jim was responsive and answered any of the questions that I had and has followed through to help make sure the vehicle is loaded and shipped my direction. Barring a non-running vehicle upon arrival I don't see why I wouldn't highly recommend doing business with this dealership! To date the experience has been fantastic!
Mitch was our salesman and Andy was our finance guy. They both were great. Initially the price of the vehicle and the payments were too high so I shopped around elsewhere and they begged me to let them try to beat the other guys deal. I have them an extra day and they did it! I got my payment to be exactly what I wanted with a great interest rate. Thank you guys for everything! I love my brand new car!
Great service and all around great treatment at Don Vance Auto Sales in Marshfield, MO. Dan Miller answered my request on Cars.com about a Lincoln Town Car. He was very helpful and an all-around nice fellow. I bought the Lincoln I had inquired about and so far am very happy with my purchase.
