Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
I bought a car online, without ever seeing it in person. I've been duped before by doing that. Not this case. My salesperson, Rick H. always answered every question promptly and went over the car with me on the phone. I drove 500 miles to get the car. It was just as he said, clean and even had a full tank of gas. Very impressed with West Motors. Will buy here again Thanks.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from wood house in the last year and both times it was a great experience thanks Tim Fancher(Jeep side) for recommending Seth on the GMC side would recommend either of these sales men for your vehicle needs

John Kaminski was extremely helpful from the first time I was in to just even look at options for a truck that I did not expect to get until further down the road but within a a month or two I found I needed a new vehicle sooner than expected. He was great with helping find a truck and opened me up to options I had never even considered before. He was able to set me up with new tires and extra after waiting a week for a sensor to be repaired (the wait was not their fault it was out sourced places issue). He helped make sure my sister who referred me got her referral money and was cool to just talk with about things we had in common and I will be coming to see him for my next vehicle as well. I should note Matt was very helpful in John's absence on one day inparticular.

I was in the market for a truck or large SUV - could not decide on which one so I test drove at least 4 of their trucks. No pressure and they helped walk me thru what works best for my needs. And at the end they said we provide the information and you have to decide for yourself. They have a lot of patience and they want you to have a good experience and buy a decent product. Wish I could buy all 4 but had to settle for 1. This will be my goto lot from now on. Thank you Hans and Sean and office staff!!
My Experience at Sands was the way it should be at every dealership! I'm that tough customer who contemplates and perseverates until I find exactly what I want. Looking for a used car, I am glad my final decision ended with a warm and welcoming dealership such as Sands. Joe Lyons was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful Between Joe, Matt and Chris my experience was flawless. They did everything right to make it work for me with in my budget!
