I just bought a Jeep Cherokee from the Burley Idaho Young Automotive and it was the best experience I have had!! I went through their Salesman Chick Cameron and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for their new/used vehicle. He is very excellent at his job. When I would ask him questions he was very prompt to respond. He really listened to me in what kind of vehicle I was needing and wanting and helped me get into the vehicle that best suited me for my needs and price!! We picked out our Cherokee on Monday which happened to be in Utah, Tuesday Chick already had it to his lot in Burley, he drove it and doubled checked through it to make sure it was perfect for me. Then to top it off since I live 3 hours away, he had it delivered to me by noon on Wednesday at no extra cost to me. He goes above and beyond for his clients and shows them they are not just clients but friends and family. I absolutely love my Jeep Cherokee!!! One of the best SUV’s I have owned!!
Vanessa Gomes went above and beyond what I thought a car dealership representative could do. We called gave her a description of what we were looking for and she did the rest. She found the car that would fit us she worked with banks and everything to get us financed. All we had to do was bring proof of income and sign the papers. I have never had an experience of buying a car like this before. I would do it all again if I could have the same experience. I absolutely love our new car it fits my family safely. And as a mom of 4 that is the most important thing for me.
Got a super good deal on a Tacoma with these guys. I live in Albuquerque and they picked me up from the airport and literally was in and out of the dealership in 30 min, it was a cash deal and it was so nice to have the dealership understand that up front. No pressure at all to buy any other products as everything was negotiated prior to me showing up. There is always that concern buying a unit sight unseen but as soon as I showed up and I saw that the truck was clean clean clean. Hopped back on I25 South and had no issues whatsoever. Truck really feels and looks new, especially the interior, I cant believe it is used. I can still smell a hint of that "new car smell" when it heats up a little outside when I get in. Have had for a month now and am still loving it. These guys are straight up, I dealt with Nachie, the GM, as well as Victor in Finance, and Rafael and Jesus in Sales, all were very helpful, friendly and most importantly ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner. The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
I've been looking for a fully loaded Tahoe for a few years now, and finally found one at Friesen Motorsports, via Cars.com. As soon as I expressed interest in the vehicle I was contacted immediately, and began talks with Ryan. He was extremely helpful, and answered all my question honestly. I needed to wait until the following Monday (went in to see the Tahoe on a Friday) to have another party bring my second vehicle in that I would be using in trade, and they held it for me. I bought a 2015 Chrysler 300 S . I had a problem with the smart key. They owner, Johnny Dangerfield, solved the problem with my Smart Key and also gave me an extra Smart Key , free of charge. My entire experience there was great.
A little background….. never purchased a Dodge of any type… always been a Tundra proud owner.
Tundra was recently totaled by a driver who was more focused on eating than driving and rear ended it when he panicked and slammed the accelerator instead of the brakes (true story)

I want to be clear… sent same body of message to each with only changing the line where I detail the make/model I wanted best pricing and please not to waste my time.
ONLY John Johnson provided an OTD price! (Out the Door) and it was lower than I expected.
Email with sales manager (Sandy Keiper) were escalated to her sales manager (Jeff Bash) without my request!
Drove to meet them as they were already in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay for this vehicle
NO ONE SITS IN A HIDDEN OFFICE! THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME after purchasing vehicles for over 38 years!!!
Right there I requested yet another obscene price drop and both the sales manager and the GM (Scott Meshulam) do not question my request, but immediately begin going over what and where they can pull the difference!!!
Please understand my background is in Comp Sci and Mathematics so I had already pulled the sheet on this particular truck with all the options and the price they had originally quoted was what I would get if I purchased it from the factory floor!!!! And yet they dug deeper!
The professionalism and just plan “X Factor” on how this group deals with you as a person just turned me into a MOPAR for LIFE provided I can purchase from these 3 people!
