This was by far the best experience I have ever had with customer service! Buying a car can be a great hassle but they made it a walk in the park. I got to talk with Glen before coming in to give him an in site of what I was looking for in a car. We scheduled a time for me to come in and right when I showed up, he had two cars ready for me to test drive. Glen even had one of the cars already pulled up to the front of the store when I showed up. Can't wait for future car purchases with Glen and the Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown!
I did all of my van research on their website. Let them Know what vans I was interested in, and they had them ready for me to drive when I got to my appointment. Found a Van I liked, they got everything set up so I could pick it up that night. Everything went real smooth.

I found the exact truck through the internet. The dealership responded to me immediately and I was transferred to Matt for the price and trade in value. I thought the prices they quoted me were fair for me. Matt did an excellent job ensuring the truck was set up as I wanted it. Finally a good experience buying a truck that I really wanted. Van Horn Hyundai ALWAYS provides us and our vehicle with all around 5 star service. Only hiccup this last visit is while we always have received a printout of their color coded multi-point inspection review along with the invoice every time we have had service done there, we did not receive a copy of that multi-point inspection review this time when we were in for an oil change. We like to keep copies of these things for our records so that we can provide a history of all services preformed on our vehicle, which we purchased from this dealership brand new(2017 Hyundai Elantra). I returned to the dealership the next day to inform them of this and they quickly provided the printout of the multi-point inspection review, no questions asked. Every time we deal with the people at Van Horn Hyundai, from the day we purchased the vehicle through every service appointment we've ever had with them, it's always been a 5 star experience. Thanks again Van Horn!
