The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well.
During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening.
The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.

After the warranty everything is braking, it is two years old, and I've had to put almost 3,000 in it really bad on the road.

I bought my 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8 in 2019 and it only had less than 10,000 miles on it. At this point I was able to get an almost brand new $40,000 + car for the price of a Kia and it is an impressive performance machine. 425 horsepower and a six speed manual transmission for the price you can't go wrong here. Great looking car, makes all the right sounds, and is big and comfortable for touring. Love it!
We recently purchased a new 2018 Countryman, ordering a new 2018 model in June of this year. The total experience was great as the model ordered is just what was wanted and was delivered as expected. Our sales advisor (Creed Cate) was excellent in explaining all issues when special ordering and had great follow up with the process as the new car progressed in manufacturing.

Great all around car, it has comfort style and power. The V8 gas mileage matches my old V6. Its great driving a rear wheel drive car again.
Had a good experience working with both Kyle and Cain internet sales. They worked with us for well over a few years to make sure we got the car we wanted. They were patient and well informed and made car buying much easier. We are pleased with our purchase! Kyle and Cain work together and there was always one of them to help us. I recommend them highly.

The car is comfortable and so roomy- lots of bells and whistles but the most important thing is that I feel safe in it. This is not a car that’s going to get pushed by the wind! The Hemi purrs like a sexy kitten and responds to the slightest touch of the pedal- best car I have ever owned!
I bought my Ford Edge here 10 months ago and these guys are great to work with. They strive for excellence and customer service is top notch! I use the stow and go feature a lot more than I thought I would. I average about 22 mpg with a mix of on and off highway driving

Great interior size with third row seat option, lots of compartments, great on gas, many options and I got the AWD version which handles like a dream in all weather!!!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This auto is very stylish and sporty. Does have 3rd row seating. Includes many features that I love such as push button start, hands free talk, Bluetooth, rear climate control, front wheel drive. I am 100 percent happy with my purchase!
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Never owned a Dodge until I bought this Journey.

Have really been pleasantly surprised with the way the Crossroad performs, rides and handles. The 3.6L engine is very responsive and provides plenty power. The only downsides are poor gas mileage and the manual rear hatch.
They took care of me from the moment I arrived. They did everything to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They even delivered my new truck to my door step after making sure it was detailed and completely perfect. I highly recommend them!!

We would like to thank Charles Bruce for his excellent customer service every time we bring our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service or repair. Recently we were going out of town and needed our key fob reprogramed for safety reasons. Mr Bruce got us in right away so we didn’t have to worry while we were away. It took me awhile to decide on the car I wanted to buy my daughter but decided on the Ford Edge. It took me almost as long to actually find a one in the color and all the options we wanted. Sac River Auto, in Davis had what we were looking for. I called Sac River Auto after hours, but at the time did not know they were closed but Mohammad answered. I told him I was interested and if he could come down on the price he said he has been getting a lot of interest on the Ford Edge and was already given an offer but the customer did not come back. I thought about it for a day and then gave him an offer with the stipulation that it had to have a full tank of gas since I had to drive it all the way back to the Fresno area (close to 3 hour drive). He laughed and agree as he understood why. I told him I was unable to pick up the car immediately since I had to work during the week so I gave him a deposit over the phone using a credit card. Note: Not all dealers will do such a thing, so this already gave Sac River Auto high marks in my book. We then arrived on Saturday to pick up the Edge, it was not pristine but still in good shape for a used car. I asked for a few minor fixes like putting air in the tires and changing one of the wipers since it was beginning to rain the driver's side wiper was not in good shape. Again, I told him I have to drive all the way back to Fresno. Everything else went smooth for the final transaction and then we drove it home.
After a few days, I retracted the sunroof on the Edge all the way back because it was warm and wanted to let it air out. Once it tracked all the way back I heard a strange click. Then a little later I tracked it back to its close position but it would not fully close. The sunroof was about one inch above the roof line and not closing completely. As you can image, I was not very happy. For those you wondering why didn't test it back at the dealer ship. Well I did but not all the way back because as mentioned earlier it was beginning to rain. The next day I took it to the Ford dealership to see what it would cost to fix it. Wow, what a racket, Ford was going to charge a fortune to fix the Sunroof and in checking with other dealerships my closest dealership was actually cheaper than many others. Now you can image how I may have felt. Angry and very frustrated. As with any used car they are sold "AS IS" and the dealer/seller has no obligation to fix it. That evening I text Mohammad and told him of the issue and that I was very frustrated. I understood he had no obligation to help but he did sell me a car with an issue. He called me saying he was surprised since he tested it himself. I found out later that the previous owner knew of the issue and added non-standard grease to help it close a few extra times. Anyways, Mohammad said he felt bad and would help me get it repaired. I tried to find someone locally that could fix it at a reasonable price but with no luck. Mohammad said he knew of some people but I would have to bring the vehicle to him which I scheduled to do the following Saturday. I dropped off the car at Sac River Auto and one of his younger employees took me to the train station so I could go back to Fresno while the Edge was being worked on. Once it was fixed I rode the train back to Sacramento and they picked me up at the station.
While it was not ideal that the sunroof ended up not working properly, Mohammad did help me get it fixed. I did have to spend a little extra but nothing like if I had to pay for the full repair at a dealership. Mohammad offered to help fix it and he came through. Now to some of you it may sound like that I was given a bad deal but again, I stress Mohammad had no obligation to help me get the car fixed financially or by any other means. But he understands what customer service means and how a simple experience like this can do for his business. I would definitely recommend Sac River Auto for used cars.
This is one of the best cars I have owned.

My wife and I love to go for rides and this SUV provides plenty of comfort. Stylish and dependable for all future trips and golfing events.
They were nice and were willing to answer any questions I had. They also took my old used car for me as well, so I couldn't have asked for more in an auto sale.

everything is in there heated seats big screen radio sunroof only flaws is missing the Navigation there is also plenty of room for a smaller car
