Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new Volkswagen, and I can’t thank Michel Fuller enough for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, Michel was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Buying a car can often be stressful, but Michel made it a pleasant and hassle-free experience. If you’re in the market for a Volkswagen, I highly recommend asking for Michel Fuller. His excellent customer service, honesty, and attention to detail truly set him apart. Thank you again for making this such a great experience!

The folks were very professional and engaging online without being aggressive and annoying. I appreciated the follow up and offers to assist without feeling overwhelmed.
2019 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

2018 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Our family loves this van. Performs great in the winter and feels very safe and comfortable. Great on gas especially for the amount of power under the hood. Once this one dies, I'm buying another without a doubt.

2014 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln review
This was the easiest new car buy I've ever had. I bought a 2026 F150 Lobo and had them install a Whipple supercharger. They took care of everything. Nick my salesman and Hunter were easy to work with and made things move smoothly. Nick went above and beyond in this purchase. I have recommended them to all my friends and now on here. You can't find a better dealer than Mark Ficken Ford.

2019 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I never thought Dodge built the best van of the century ! It was the most convenient in style and capacity I have even seen the only thing missing is the cruise control ! So far it’s my best caravan it’s sophisticated at first cause I am old school from a dinosaur technological disadvantage era but as times goes on owning it for three weeks it gives me and my dog a haven to transportation for all our summer journey together! I love it better than my old Chrysler minivan!
