Tim George, the sales representative was amazing. This was the best buying experience I have had. Tim listened well and delivered great service. The process was completed on the telephone and in the dealership. Our total time to complete it all including the thorough review of this car's systems was a short three hours. Very impressive!
First time buying a new car was an enjoyable activity. I feel like I got a tremendous deal, was treated with kindness, professionalism, and joy. Everyone there seemed like they enjoyed being there. I got a beautiful car, Kendall got a satisfied customer.
The showroom was too noisy. There is a lot of waiting time when actually going through the buying process. The background noise in the showroom really got to be annoying. I had to contact the credit agency to remove a credit freeze; the background noise was so loud it interfered with the telephone call.
We had a bit of a rocky start with service at Lithia. We showed up to view and drive a Jeep and talked to 3 sales people before we connected with Dakota. Dakota has a very calm and patient demeanor and matched our personalities perfectly. He quickly helped us identify where the Jeep was and ultimately helped set up a time to test drive. Dakota always promptly responded to our texts/calls and made himself available when we needed him. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was extremely professional and patient through the purchase process. I wish I had an option to rate Dakota specifically through this portal, but I would highly recommend you request Dakota if/when you're interested in any vehicles at this dealership. I will be calling Dakota for my next vehicle purchase as well.

Fastest and easiest car deal i have ever done! Dealt over the phone and when i drove 3 hours to get there, everything was exactly how it was supposed to be. Skylar is a man of his word, even came in on his day off to make sure it all ran smooth.
Court, Lacey, Trevor (Smith ?) and Kim were very helpful and nice. A special thank you goes out to Court as we asked him a zillion questions and he went above and beyond the normal call of duty to help (put up) with us (and among other things) crunch numbers for different scenarios and "what - ifs". Car buying isn't on my "fun" list but they made it so much less stressful. Thank you all for all your help and for making good.

A very pleasant experience in my search for another vehicle. The salesman was most informative and generously afforded me different options for vehicles available. Ability to work with me if financing the vehicle would be an option; or if I was considering paying cash. A delightful endeavor in searching for the right Chevrolet Impala, one of my favorite vehicles.
