I was looking for a specific truck- Matt Elliott was more than accommodating - over-the-top. He went out of the way to add the missing pieces to the truckand the results we far better than I expected. Great service all the way around! Highly recommend this dealership!!
2003 Dodge Ram 3500 review
Mine is a big black Ram 3500 2WD hemi engine, purchased new in 2003. Only two mechanical problems since I bouight it: (1) right front wheel bearing failure at only 20,000 miles and (2) partial wiring harness replacement around 115,000 miles. This truck is a real beast of burden. My long bed is rated at 4,900 lbs carrying capacity, but I have over-loaded it to at l3ast 6,000 lbs with no negative results, Pulling capacity also I have overloaded up to 25,000 lbs with no negative results. Under load like this, it rides even smoother and does not seem to notice the loads of granite monuments we hauled in it. The truck is as comfortable as an automobile--smooth, right-on steering, and great acceleration. At 160,000 miles, I like the truck so much that I am paying a body shop to renovate it with all new fenders, hood, and tailgate, total new paint job, new wheel covers to make it look like new since it still drives like new. $15,000 may seem excessive to some, but when you figure that this same truck new today is around $85,000, it makes sense to me, especially since I prefer older technology over the new digitalized electronics on new vehicles. We change oil every 3,000 miles and change all the filters every time. The engine still runs like new. One problem with this model is the dashboard. The thick plastic used for the dashboard began cracking at around three years, and continued until the upper portion of the dashboard was totally in pieces. Dodge refused to stand by this obvious defect, and wanted over $2,000 to make it right. However, for a few hundred dollars, my body shop has found a hard plastic (hopefully good plastic) cover that is supposed to look like new. Toyota always stands by any such defects, so U.S. companies have lots to learn about satisfying customers in taking care of their own obvious mistakes. The other problem is that the clearcoat over the black paint job has oxidized and turned white as seems to happen with lots of older U.S. cars--why I have no idea. Dodge and just about all the U.S. car companies need to find out how Toyota paints cars so the paint job lasts for the lifetime of the card. Drive through any large shopping center parking lot and notice which cars are showing faded paint, and you will see what I mean. So, final verdict--great vehicle backed up by cheap and uncaring customer service. I would not go near a Dodge dealership after buying one of the best trucks on the market!

Tim's Truck Capital & Auto Sales, Inc. review
Matt at Tim's truck capital was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and was willing to work with me being an out of state purchase. I found a truck in state instead, but I'd definitely work with Matt again if I need another work truck. Great business with a great selection of trucks
2006 Dodge Ram 2500 review
I bought the 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT Mega Cab Diesel Heavy Duty as a dealer demo with 8,000 miles on it. Didn't need a mega cab but needed to replace my 1996 so they offered it to me for a deal I couldn't refuse. I have to say, it's a monster and I love it! Have had minimal issues other than the ECM going out at 110,000 miles and Dodge wouldn't warranty it. It tows anything I hook up to and with diesel prices in CA, I can brag about 17 to 21 mph around town and 27 to 30 on hi ways. Towing can cut mpg in about half, if you get stuck in slow lane up a grade, but still, who can boast about that with 195k miles on it today. I agree with the reviews on parking and turn ratio but I can back it in easier than doing a 3 point pull in at any parking lot. How's that for lady with a big truck!!

Global MotorsReviews
Global Motors review
First I like to say my name is Mr Van, and I like to.tell you about my wonderful experience buying my car from Global motors. I found a car I really like and it had a very fare price. I called Global motors to let them know I had interest in this car and wanted to know if the car was mechanically sound. I asked can I have a purchase order because I have a bank check for my desired cost. . They assured me the car was clean and well kept and no major issues where present. I informed them I'm from Maryland and I like to set up the entire transaction before flying to Binghamton NY to take possession. They reassured me that they would be able to accommodate my request and began the process of preparing the paperwork. They FedEx overnight a purchase agreement with no hidden fees or anything. Only the agreed price. So I mailed the the order back next day with my check in tow. A day later they informed me they got the check and paperwork, just give them a few days to prep the car with temp tags. I agreed that's fine I will not be able to fly there till the weekend. So on Friday evening right after work I took a flight to NY and stayed in a hotel room that night 🌙 In the morning I took a uber to the Global motors dealership, it was 10 minutes away. Soon as I got out my uber one of the brothers greeted me Mr Vann? I said yes hello . He said your car is ready for you freshly washed come inside and just sign a few papers. So about 10 minutes later we talked smiled, joked a bit and I thanked them for making this such a fantastic experience buying a car, zero stress. These guys are honest, professional business owners and you can tell they really care about you as there customer, I love how they run it. With all that said I encourage anyone looking to purchase a car to strongly consider shopping with Global motors. I've had many cars in my time but this time has been Magical. Thank you so much for everything Global motors. Cheers 🍻

Loved this truck. Just needed something that had more creature comforts. Used it to tow a large 5th wheel. It worked really well with no struggle.

Bought 2006 Ram SLT 4x4. Still own it. 246k miles. Standard maintenance, shocks, struts, power steering pump. Little rust required. Truck is more than most can expect. I wanted a truck that would last and give good service.

Full Throttle PowersportsReviews
Full Throttle Powersports review
I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Full Throttle PowerSports. Overall, the experience was mixed but worth sharing for others considering buying from this dealership. Pros: The sales team was friendly and low-pressure, which made browsing their inventory feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're someone who doesn't like being hounded by pushy sales tactics, this is a good place to go. They also have a unique and interesting selection of vehicles on the lot. Baker from the dealership stood out for being especially fair and reasonable when post-purchase issues arose. Suggestions & Cautions: While the customer service was pleasant, I didn’t receive much detailed information about the vehicle itself, so I highly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Be prepared with questions and know the car’s background in advance. Communication-wise, skip the online chat and email—neither worked well for me. Calling the dealership directly is the best way to get a timely and clear response. I did run into some problems shortly after bringing the vehicle home, including needed repairs that continued over a few visits. Thankfully, Baker was helpful in resolving things fairly, but I can’t recommend their service department based on my experience. One big red flag came during financing. Rodney, who handles that side (under Prime Wheels), insisted I had to purchase a two-year warranty—costing nearly $3,000—or my loan through Westlake would be denied. This is absolutely not true; I’ve been approved by Westlake at other dealerships without being forced into buying a warranty. I felt pressured, and while he did lower the cost to fit my budget, I only agreed out of desperation and convenience. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a no-pressure buying environment with a cool selection of cars, Full Throttle is worth a visit—but do your homework ahead of time, be cautious during financing, and don’t rely on their service department. With the right prep, you could walk away with a solid deal, just stay sharp and advocate for yourself.

Full Throttle PowersportsReviews
Full Throttle Powersports review
I recently bought a vehicle from Full Throttle Powersports in South Windsor, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked through the doors and saw the car I had been wanting for years, the staff treated me with genuine respect and enthusiasm. Koster Rivera and Baker Albaz weren’t just trying to make a sale (they really didn’t have to; I was already hooked); they were focused on helping me find the right ride for my needs. Koster and Baker were incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions without pressure or upselling. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly straightforward. He walked me through every step, making sure I was comfortable and informed the whole time. The car I purchased has exceeded my expectations in every way - performance, condition, and value. It’s clear that Full Throttle Powersports takes pride in offering top-quality vehicles and stands behind what they sell. If you’re in the market for a new ride and want a no-nonsense, high-quality buying experience with people who actually care, I highly recommend checking out Full Throttle Powersports. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next upgrade. When you go in to buy your next vehicle or to go look around, tell Koster and Baker I said hello. Oh yeah - I ended up buying a 2022 Dodge Durango SRT 392 - Destroyer Grey! Beautiful vehicle. Be well - K&D

Biscayne Auto Sales LLCReviews
Biscayne Auto Sales LLC review
I had been researching for a reliable used vehicle for a month and a trustworthy dealership. After reading so many glowing reviews on Biscayne Auto Sales, I decided to go there as they also had the car I wanted to see. Price was perfect for me, too! I called for availability and Charlie (the sales rep) was so pleasant and said “come on over!”. After chatting with Charlie and a test drive, I knew this was the car for me! The detail work is pristine! Car looks brand new! The entire process was painless and I was driving away the next day. Charlie even researched the remote starter fob so I knew how to operate it. He also had a couple very minor issues quickly corrected to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. Kathryn is awesome and got my loan application approved. Jim, the owner is easy to chat with as well. If I could rate them a 10 star, I would!! Very down to earth, friendly folks! I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Best experience ever!
