There were a couple of little blips here and there which is bound to happen when buying anything these days but Steven (my salesperson) and Troy (the business manager) made everything right. This car is great. Drives well, handles well, quiet cabin. 3 stars for interior design as I have the titanium trim level and am not a huge fan of the shiny plastic portion of the dash, would have liked it more matte.
Hands down the best mechanic I???ve worked with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need. Always goes above and beyond to make sure you have the fix needed, and it???s never a half-xxx fix like the other mechanics that you deal with. Time is an important thing to this service department, they always make sure that you have your vehicle returned in a fair amount of time. Would definitely give 10 stars to him if I could. As far as Ashley Rose, she was very polite when I came in looking for assistance, guided me back to the service department and made sure I didn???t need any further assistance. Had a phenomenal attitude and felt like she would???ve went above and beyond if I needed assistance from her. Would also give 10 stars if I could.

The longer we own it the more we love it. it gets good mpg its very quiet luxurious well put together and we feel save driving it.a very solidly made car.
Mark always recognizes me and is familiar with my situation. The job is done quickly and efficiently. It is the only place I service my car.

I love the room of my 2018 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. It is somewhat difficult to get into for older people like my grandma because of how high it is but once inside it is spacious and gives everyone plenty of room
I have been doing business with this company and in particular Mark for years. They take care to understand the issues with my vehicles and keep me rolling. Mark is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with when it comes to service and vehicles. He offers solutions and results, not excuses. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction is unmatched in the industry. I will continue doing business with him and Hoover as long as I own vehicles.

Excellent in all aspects. Rides great, has every feature I can think of. It is a beautiful SUV and I am so proud to drive it.
I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
My son came home from school, some six hours away over the Thanksgiving weekend. Upon his arrival, the brakes were making a horrible sound. I made a quick online appointment, for Friday after Thanksgiving, hoping that the car could truly be looked at on such short notice, and concerned that his trip on Sunday would need to be delayed. I called Wednesday early ans spoke to Jack. He said he would do his best, but they were very booked. Not only did they look at the vehicle, but Steve made sure the vehicle was ready for me on Friday. No small feat considering there schedule, but also with the unexpected amount of work the brakes plus required with such low miles. Symdon Chevrolet is truly a wonderful place. They bent over backwards to see that my son was back on the road Sunday in a safe vehicle. I am very thankful.

I’m waiting to sign the papers to buy a 2015 Acadia AWD SLE-2. Took it for a test drive and it has what I want for my family. I can’t wait to take it home!
I drive over 40 miles to have my vehicle serviced in Mt Horeb because they bend over backwards to make sure my expectations are met. We were in Utah and I had an issue with my vehicle. We called back and talked to Steve in Mount Horeb and he was able to have our problem fixed under warranty. The dealer in Utah didn???t even bother to check his computer to see if there was a recall. This is the kind of service I always get in Mount Horeb. They are the best !

I drive the car to work and home only. It has never given me any trouble. All mechanical records were kept by Jeff Wyler of Columbus in Canal Winchester Ohio.
Hectic busy Monday morning and Jack was able have someone looking at my truck with no appointment. Went to sales dept. and Jack tracked me down to give me an update. Orders parts got back next day. AWESOME
Beats all other models in it's class.

Hands down, there is no other Full size SUV like the GNC Yukon "Denali", not even Cadillac, let alone chevy low end Tahoe and Suburban. GMC IS, PROFESSIONAL GRADE. Real Leather, Real Wood, not plastic and real metal on the dash. Won't find that in Chevy. Looking forward to my next one.
They were very helpful in pricing of tires to placing the tires on. The guys in parts to the guys that actually did the replacing are all very nice and they always take really good care of us each and every time we are in. Too many of them to name.

The car drives great and so far the performance is terrific. Have more space than a thought. Love my trunk, have a lot of leg room for my son.
They are a Great staff. Easy to work with, not pushy salesman. Just very helpful finding want I want. On the finance side Shane goes out of his way to find us every last rebate and the best interest rate. Overall just very easy to work with.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
Buying my truck there was a good experience. Aaron helped me choose between a new and used truck and did not pressure me into a decision. Good experience and will go back again.
Annoying noise from plastic rear bumper on highway

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.
In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
I had no plans of making a purchase or trading in my current car. After being there for an hour, our sales person, Lexi Wilson had us sold on a car. I left with cheaper paymentsand a zero% interest rate. She was knowledgeable of the cards, listened to our wants, and paired us with a car to give us everything we wanted at a price we were very happy with. We are going back in a few months to get my husband a new car. Lexi is a superstar. Can't believe she's only been there a short time. The whole team at Courtesy Ford was amazing!
