I did have a great service rep when I went to have an oil changed. Thaddeus was extremely professional and greeted me as soon as I entered the door. He then provided information to help me successfully navigate my way through the wait. I received updates on maintenance that was needed without feeling pressured to have jobs completed that could wait, which I appreciated. However, he did advise me on immediate next steps and provided me with his contact information so that I can call as soon as I am prepared to get the job done. I was impressed with his service in comparison to many who have I have met in a service setting who didn't take the time to carefully explain things to a woman. I was also impressed with a young lady who walked around in the service waiting area and offered water and light snacks on a Wednesday. I usually see special services only on weekends. Thanks for the added touch.

I was about 3 hours outside of Katy, TX so I could not go to the dealership to purchase the truck before the end of the month. I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to have a GREAT experience! I'm 68, and recently puchased a used vehicle from McGraw Ford. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. I've purchased 43 cars in my life, and I genuinely say the friendliness, professionaism and overall expereince was at the very top of those 43 purchases. I highly recommend this dealership as a result of my excellent experience.
