No need to negotiate as it is a set price. Zach (sales) and Andy (financial) were great to work with and did not use any pressure tactics to buy. The Parts Dept at Auto Park, Bremen is excellent in my opinion. I went in on Sat morning around 10am. I needed an ignition lock cylinder for my Ford Escape. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Nick Shepherd, Parts Mgr. Nick had the part & told me he would not release it until he put it together correctly. He installed the tumblers & pins, glad I didn't have to do it. Nick & Jarred Zeisig are a great team!

I stopped in on July 5th ,my fan wasn't working for the airconditioner. 2018 F150. They immediately took it back into the service area found that the motor was bad called South Bend and had a fan motor delivered within the hours .I was there a total of 2 hours. Service doesn't get any better than that. I was in awe of the attention that I received immediately. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Steve was our sales person, he helped us compare 2or 3 vehicles in their inventory. We decided what we wanted and he said he would have picked the same vehicle. He walked us through all the options and how to access different apps. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicles content. He didn't even mind me asking my stupid questions more than once. Once the sale was final and we were on our way he said any time you have a question or concern, stop by or give him a call. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. I also use Mohr for car maintenance, and they are very friendly and competent to deal. I would highly recommend Andy Mohr Ford and Doug Coello.

Great features. Seat warmers are marvelous! Drives well. Using it mostly for commuting currently but can’t wait to take it for a bit roughing driving. Love the rugged but luxurious feel do the car.

Over the years I have bought/leases a fair number of vehicles. You have those good and bad dealerships, but it's rare you get the good fortune of dealing with an exceptional dealership. I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. Heller is not one of them. They will give you the best deal they can. Thank you to Jason and Kris for your fine work!!!!
