I have to thank Jay at Newton Ford South. My wife has wanted a truck every since I bought my Ford Ranger but she wanted something smaller that fit her better. Jay took the time to let us drive the newer Ranger but it still didn't fit her. A few minutes after we returned from the test drive, the delivery truck rolled up with 3 new Mavericks. Chase got one of the truck and had it at the front door in a blink. They grabbed tags and we took off for another test drive. When we got back Chase had all the paperwork done, we had traded my wife's car in. There wasn't any haggling on price. Chase had given us a great deal right from the start, a more than fair trade-in value and everything was transparent which is sometimes hard to find. By the time we got through signing papers with Travis and a few jokes, her truck was clean and ready to go. I am usually the worlds worst at buyers remorse but this is one purchase that was so non pressured, honest , and informative that I had no doubts as we drove away. I bought my 2018 F150 XLT at Ford of Murfreesboro, have driven it for 8 years, and have always had the service work done at this dealership. Regular maintenance including oil changes and regular checks of systems and tire rotation have been performed at regular intervals to assure maximum performance and reliability. After 80,000 miles I can?t imagine not having my Ford pickup truck to drive. A call to Tanner in the service department secured my appointment so dropping by for the work to be done was a breeze. Waiting in the lounge area is always comfortable with some amenities available while you wait. Took them less time than I expected and I was back on the road going about my business in a short time.
