Newton Ford South review
I have to thank Jay at Newton Ford South. My wife has wanted a truck every since I bought my Ford Ranger but she wanted something smaller that fit her better. Jay took the time to let us drive the newer Ranger but it still didn't fit her. A few minutes after we returned from the test drive, the delivery truck rolled up with 3 new Mavericks. Chase got one of the truck and had it at the front door in a blink. They grabbed tags and we took off for another test drive. When we got back Chase had all the paperwork done, we had traded my wife's car in. There wasn't any haggling on price. Chase had given us a great deal right from the start, a more than fair trade-in value and everything was transparent which is sometimes hard to find. By the time we got through signing papers with Travis and a few jokes, her truck was clean and ready to go. I am usually the worlds worst at buyers remorse but this is one purchase that was so non pressured, honest , and informative that I had no doubts as we drove away. Thank you so much to the team at Newton Ford South

Ford of Columbia review
Purchasing a car can be a stressful overwhelming situation. The team at Ford of Columbia made the process stress-free and comfortable. I'll definitely be back.
2026 Ford Bronco review
My wife and I bought a new 2026 Outer Banks with the 2.7L V6 and the Lux Package. With about 2,000 miles on the odometer it has been a great purchase. It is missing a few options that an almost 60k truck should have (memory seats, etc.) and has way too many “nannies”. With that said, it has plenty of power when in Sport mode, the ride is comfortable and it gets decent gas mileage. It is loud at highway speeds but most of the noise is coming from the tires. Can’t wait to swap them for some BFG’s. Compared to the 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU we had, the Bronco is much more refined. A tip for new buyers, attend one of the Bronco Off-Roadeo events that Ford offers. We just returned from the one in Tennessee and it was excellent. They really show you what the truck is capable of.

**** 6 minutes ago Was impressed with the customer service at this location. Was greeted right away by the receptionist and met with Jeff Dawson. He was very helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for! Great to work with and great communication. After we purchased our Lincoln Navigator before leaving the lot he took the time to sit with me and go through all the technical things answer any questions I had and helped me set up my new car.

This experience was so much better. I had a recall on my truck, but the staff was so amazing. From the serviceman that greeted to the person that handled my case, everyone was amazing. The waiting room was nice. My service was taken care of quickly, and I had all things taken care. Other than the drive to Ford of Murfreesboro, everything went wonderfully. I definitely recommend this service department. Thank you so much for everything!!

I had my engine air filter changed and when I inspected the work I noted that the square air filter compartment was not vacuumed or wiped out of dust and debris. Seems to defeat the purpose of replacing the old filter with the new.

No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. Porcaro is the place to make your vehicle purchases.
